Although the hotel is relatively old, the rooms have been renovated. The front desk staff are polite and willing to assist. This is my third consecutive year staying at this hotel.

Some cleaners didn’t do well in tidying the bathroom.

We are a family booked 2 rooms; but was placed on 2 separate floors - very inconvenient, poor arrangement!

Long waiting to get a room after check-in. We check in early and understood we have to wait to 3 pm for a room. But we could only get a room after my wife complained at the counter at 4.

Staff are helpful

Hotel well situated for walking distance to museums, art galleries and local bus service to travel to Bondi beach to start the coastal walk to Coogee- an absolute must as the paved walk way winds along stunning secrecy . You can catch a local bus from Coogee back to CBD. One can walk to the Domain and then downhill to Sydney harbour/ opera house/ferries to Manly. Hotel in a quiet area for sleep! I will be using it again.

Sauberes Zimmer, nettes Personal. Gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. super zentral - kann Zu Fuß zum Park und zur Opera House gehen. Metro (Supermarkt) direkt vor der Tür. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. In den Nebenstraßen sind viele Restaurants.

The hotel is extremely outdated. The gym is falling apart, the laundry room has broken machines, the place is overpriced for what it is. The only thing that this place has going for it is a decent location.

The staff was accommodating, we had asked a couple days before for an early check-in. When we arrived we could have checked in with a $50.00 fee which we declined. The buffet breakfast was very good, hotel was quiet. Our restaurant on was quite spacious with a great view of the harbour. The room was clean, an eventual paint job would be in order.

Excellent front desk, staff, clean room nice location.

Our spacious room was clean and well equipped. We are big coffee, drinkers, and the hotel provided us with extra coffee pods. Our plane arrived early morning and the hotel let us check in at 10 o’clock for a minimal charge.

Clean and comfortable. Staff very nice.
