Very quiet and comfortable room. We stay here as it is such a short walk to Central Station.

The staff are nice and helpful. The room is spacious and water pressure was good for shower. The pillows are better than some five stars hotels which recharged us well overnight.
Best thing was it's location and it's value for money! We'll stay again when we visit Sydney next time.

The hotel is located in a convenient place, near the Central station and China town. The room size is suitable.
The frontdesk was friendly and supportive. It was convenient to leave the luggages after checking out.
Our towels were not renewed on one day of our stay. We phoned the frontdesk and got renewed immediately.
There were disposable slippers provided in the room, but it seemed the provided ones were not new. We brought our own slippers with us for our trip, so we did not raised this to the frontdesk.

I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Sydney. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom appeared recently renovated and the walk in shower was great. The only thing wrong was the room looked a little shabby because it really needed to be repainted. Also, the floor was concrete, which I think was a design choice, but tile or hard wood would be a lot cosier. Great location. You can easily walk to most tourist areas and public transportation was easily accessed. Very nice place to stay.
