Great location, easy to access and room was good.
However staff member on check in wasn't overly talkative or forthcoming with information about prebooking for breakfast at a cheaper rate or very helpful regarding parking until I kept asking the same question to get an answer.

I have stayed here a number of times now. I mostly like it’s central location on the main tram routes: CBD / St Kilda - Prahran are all relatively close by. The accomodation is a great standard for the price and the staff are very welcoming and professional.

I was overcharged for my stay at View Melbourne, with an unexplained surcharge added to my bill without any prior notice. Despite following up, I received no response or clarification. The gym was tiny and felt like a box room, definitely not up to modern standards. One of the lifts was also out of service for several days, causing frustrating delays. Overall, a disappointing experience. I’d recommend staying at the Pullman around the corner instead, where service and facilities are much better.

Car park was very tight and tricky.
