The staff is really nice and he let us to have our room earlier which flavor our visit schedule. However, the entire cleanness in the room is terrible. Coffee or chocolate stains on the cups, yellowish around the inner of the Otter. There is an electric heating pad on the bed, but it is nonfunctional. Its electric plugs bend and got fire flash when we tried to plug into the electric socket. It's horrible......Never stay in there again.
