客房不整潔，空調差，好似冇冷氣，房間冇任何提供用品

room is not big.

Good location. Fair room condition. Water leakage from floor in toilet.

If you have limited budget for accommodation and have to stay in city center, this hotel is a choice to be. But for me , this hotel is surely not to my standard although we paid reasonable good money.

位置距離中央車站大約15分鐘, 附近有大型商場, 前枱職員服務亦滿意, 但設施陳舊, 大堂擠迫, 行李放滿枱上及梳化周圍, 房間小, 難以打開2個行李箱, 廁所亦沒有位置放用品及衣服, 隔音差, 每天8:00開始便有職員推鐵籠車放在走廊, 開始收拾房間, 聲量影響睡覺, 枱面, 杯, 水壼, 地毡亦佈滿麈埃及有異味, 房租貴, 完全不值得這個價錢。

酒店離2個地鐵站（TownHall和Museum）都很近，周圍有很多商店（維多利亞中心等等），走去Darling港也很近。

Location is perfect for business travel. You definately get more than you pay for.

It is fantastic location in regarding closeness to Darling Harbour, 2 minutes walk to Towns Hall Station for both trains and light rails. Rooms are clean, bath rooms are spacious, and I like those 3 cushions+2 pillows. Staff are extremely helpful for keep luggages before and after check-in and check-out. Literally this is the Ground Zero of Sydney CBD.

My wife and I stayed at YEHS Hotel Sydney CBD for three nights from 22 to 25 May. The location is outstanding—just a five-minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance of many of Sydney’s major attractions. The majority of the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. However, our check-in experience was less than satisfactory. Although I had fully paid for the accommodation through the Expedia app, the receptionist requested my credit card at check-in. When I politely asked for the reason, I was told, rather abruptly, that it was "for security purposes," despite our passports also being provided for identification and photocopying. I view this as an isolated recruitment and training issue rather than a reflection of the hotel as a whole, as every other interaction during our stay met or exceeded our expectations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel's excellent location and service.
