YTI 花園飯店

The staff were friendly and personable which made the stay at the yti garden hotel much more pleasurable and stress free. Also the rooms were kept in good condition. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we definitely considering yti garden hotel again for our next trip to melbourne!

The Hotel in CBD city of Melbourne, Transportation from there also easy. Restaurant also everywhere.

Front desk staff and cleaners exceptionally welcoming, friendly and obliging. The location is fantastic, a very short walk to major departments stores, malls, eateries, trams etc - literally perfect location. The room was wonderful, exceptionally clean with all amenities you would need (mini kitchen with stove plates (saucepan etc, microwave on request, tea, coffee, milk etc), very large shower with soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. TV with all working channels, working heatpump. Comfortable bed with 3 pillows to choose from. I honestly couldn't fault these premises or staff. I definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying there again. Thank you so much for the most enjoyable short stay.

The day I arrived it was really hot 30+ degrees couldn't get air conditioning to go. I went out for awhile than when I come back I asked for a fan as I couldn't get air conditioning to go. The guy said when another staff member is here they would send one up. It got darker so I went to turn on lights than release I had to put room card in slot on wall for lights to come on and so did air conditioning. I went down to reception and told the guy it was ok . He said I should of been told when I checked in..but overall I enjoyed the stay at YTI would stay again

honestly great service, from aaron to cici, to everyone there at reception. so friendly and helpful. they have great service.
