The hotel is very old and all furniture are old also. The rooms don't have AC and there is only simple fan. The room was very hot and noise due to trams. It was better there is bigger window to get fresh air, but in that case it was impossible to sleep due to noise. I wouldn't select this hotel on the second time.

Ingen aircondition så det var varm, det var meget larmende fra baggården, så det var svært at have vinduer åbent
Det hele var lidt nusset og morgenmads buffeten var for dyr.

- Location was nice, close to Rennweg Bahnstation so quite central and easy to get to places.
- There was plenty of storage in the room and I can imagine it's a good place to stay in the winter.
- I enjoyed the mattress but I can imagine someone who is more towards the larger side might not as it was quite thin.
- The window in my room was not possible to close/lock and it took me complaining twice to get someone to fix it.
- When searching hotels.com i filtered for hotels with aircon which obviously wasn't the case. Not noticing it was wrong is on me, but it still shouldn't happen.
- I ordered breakfast but didn't show up on the printed list. I still got breakfast but they needed to look me up on the computer every morning.
- Something (the hand sanitizer maybe?) in the hallway smelled very strongly, which combined with a rather oppressive heat was almost nauseating.

Resepsiyon da Türk birinin olması sevindiriciydi.. Anlatıldığı kadar kahvaltısı mükemmel değil. İdare eder. Yaz günü 6.katta uyumak çok zor du gerçekten. Cam açınca ca da çok gürültü geliyordu. Temizlik de yetrli seviyede. Vantilatör olması sevindiriciydi. Onun sayesinde uyudum. Konumu gayet iyiydi toplu taşıma ve restoranlara yakın.. Belvedere Sarayına çok yakın.. Bidaha gelir miyim.. Serin havalarda olabilir

Rommet er bra for prisen, spesielt om man reiser alene. Men rengjøringen av rom og bad var dårlig med hår og flekker på sengetrekkene. I tillegg var det bare en vifte som ikke gjorde mye på soverommet når det va 40 grader ute så veldig varmt inne på rommet.

The only thing future guests need to know is this: there is no air conditioning in the rooms.
We stayed during the current European heat wave, and the room was unbearably hot, especially at night. There was simply no way to cool the room down. The only air-conditioned area was the lobby, and many guests came downstairs at night because their rooms were too hot to sleep comfortably.
I won’t comment on the breakfast or the room itself because, in these temperatures, none of that matters. If you are visiting during the summer, be aware that the rooms do not have air conditioning. This is something guests should know before booking.

Leider war das kein erfreulicher Aufenthalt. Für den Preis hatte ich keine besonders hohen Erwartungen. Aber leider war es zu heiß ohne Kühlmöglichkeit. Das Fenster war zum Innenhof mit Feuertreppe, somit konnte ich nicht richtig Lüften ohne bei Licht in der „Auslage“ zu stehen oder in der Nacht vielleicht ungewollt „Besuch“ zu bekommen. Das Zimmer entsprach auch nicht meiner Vorstellung von Sauberkeit. Der Lärm zahlreicher Jugendlicher am Gang war der Grund, mir nach einer Stunde ein anderes Hotel zu suchen.

Stayed for three nights.. first night we ran into problems. The pillows are the worst I’ve ever slept on.. the shower is a shower head over the bath situated in the middle of the bath so the water has no choice but to spill onto the ground. The toilet kept filling so constant noise from it and when you did flush it, the water came out over your feet. We had booked a superior double, which we didn’t get. The TV didn’t work at all. Rooms are very dated. Because of all these problems they eventually moved us into another room which was bigger but still not great. Probably one of the more disappointing hotel stays I’ve experienced.
