We had a lovely stay in Mercure Wein City Hotel. Front desk/ Reception staffs were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping and kitchen/dining room staffs were doing a great job.
Highly recommended this Mercure Hotel in District 2. Just 3mins walk and you're in St. Stephen's Cathedral, City Center..

Bonjour, Nous avons été surpris par le manque de qualité à notre arrivée dans la chambre. La lunette des toilettes n'était pas fixe, et le démousseur du robinet sur le lavabo n'était pas serré et éclaboussait une bonne partie de la salle de bain. Un petit déjeuner qui manquait de choix surtout pour un 4 étoiles.

Estadia poderia ter sido perfeita se o ar condicionado esfriasse um pouco mais, achamos que o problema era o nosso quarto ,prontamente nos trocaram e o ar continuou com a mesma temperatura parece que a seleção de temperatura é central! Fora isso fomos muito bem atendidos e o hotel correspondeu a nossas expectativas.

Kiva hotelli aivan vanhan kaupungin (Innere Stadt) vieressä. Aamupala oli kattava. Metro- ja ratikka-asemat hyvin lähellä, joten julkisen liikenteen käyttö oli todella helppoa. Huoneessa oli pieniä kulumisen merkkejä, mutta kokonaisuudessaan siisti hotelli. Ainoa hämmästyttävä asia oli naulakoiden ja laskutilan vähyys.
