La chambre était très propre, la climatisation fonctionne très bien. La chambre 1 place est très cosy et confortable. Le personnel très gentil. La localisation très bien situé pour rejoindre le centre et se balader. Avec des commerces à proximité pour acheter le nécessaire de toilette ou de l’eau si besoin. Je recommande cette hôtel à 100%.

We liked our room, 4 travelers. Staff was a accommodating to our needs of extra towels, help with luggage and arranging taxis for us. Breakfast was enjoyable except for 1 thing. Coffee!! Surprised hotel did not have an espresso machine like many of the Euro hotels that we’ve been to. The premade coffee was not good.

Old world charm and old world amenities. Internet keeps dropping. No gym. Old fashioned mini bar, no complementary water. Two elevators to get to the sixth floor. No full length mirror. 26 Euros for breakfast. But good location.

An older hotel with character and history. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice. Ate at the Roth restaurant, good food with regional home cooked dishes and cakes. Great location near transport links. Would recommend this hotel.

I love this hotel. You can tell the owners love it too. There is a family tree on the wall in the lobby that shows the 4 generations of the family that owns it so it’s a family business. The hotel is beautiful. I was able to get a small room for one with just one small bed. The bathroom is quite tiny so maybe not appropriate for a larger person. Its location is great with just a short walk to most of the main tourist places. There was a small fridge in the room with items you could purchase. Hotel staff was superb.

This hotel is perfectly located for sightseers; it doesn't have a gym but it's close to a major streetcar/underground hub. The staff is on top of things, the rooms are impeccably clean with great linens, pillows, and towels. It has traditional Austrian windows (double panes center divided casements) so that you can get air; it has good heat and AC. And their breakfast buffet is splendid. In the Kremslehner family for generations -- support your local folks.

What a wonderful stay in the city of Vienna! It's location near the U2 station Stottentor was ideal (for me) and access to the inner Stadt was very convenient. The breakfast provisions were well-staffed and very well proportioned and delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable and my room had a stunning view of the Votivplatz church and had many electrical outlets for all my device recharging requirements! The staff was simply amazing! One staffer, who had become familiar with me, greated me at the desk with my door key in hand in anticipation of my arrival after my day of sightseeing!
