Very beautiful and cozy inside. Room is nice, very classic. Staff very friendly and helpful. Sacher cube, as welcome gift, is very nice, as good as advertised. No wonder so many visitors come to its cafe. Price is a bit high, but all in all we are not disappointed.

빈에 도착할때 지갑, 카드, 현금, 여권을 분실하여 매우 힘든 상태에서 호텔에 도착했는데, 직원들의 신속한 조치로 분실물센터에 연락해주고 머무르는 동안 많은 직원들의 따뜻한 마음을 느낄수 있었습니다. 전통을 중요시하는 오래된 건물임에도 깨끗하게 잘 관리된 호텔이었고 그래서 약간의 불편함은 있지만 음식도 맛있고 침대도 편하고 도심을 관광하기에는 최고의 위치입니다
