It’s right in the middle of town. 8min walk to the train station, about 10-12 to the festspiele. The best thing about the place was the staff, especially the one in charge, very friendly, welcoming, if I went back to Bregenz I would only stay here. The walls are a little thin, and there are some things I’d change but overall I liked it a lot.

管理混乱，非常糟糕的体验，至今我交了两份钱不知道能不能退还给我一份。我在好订网预订完后直接从信用卡上扣了钱，但入住当晚酒店的前台小姐就查不到订单，但还是给了我钥匙入住，第二天早上退房收了我的现金有没有给我Receipt，打电话给好订网要求退回，但好订网向我要收据证明，难道没有收据酒店就查不到账单了吗？比国内招待所好不了多少的条件居然是四星级？看来奥地利的酒店管理水平跟德国酒店没法比！

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean, modern, comfortable room. I was on the fifth floor ie the top floor and getting in and out of the shower was a bit tricky due to the slope of the roof and that the shower was positioned above the bath tub.

+ centrally located
+ teamaker and minibar in the room
Disadvantages:
- the A/C unit was rather loud
- the shower cabin is small
- there was no one at the reception at the arrival time. I had to make a call.

Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum in der Fussgängerzone, gleich gegenüber ist die Parkgarage. Es ist ideal für ein Wochenende z.B. verbunden mit einem Konzertbesuch. Wir konnten das Auto stehen lassen und Bregenz zu Fuss erkunden.
