The facilities are not new, but clean and comfortable. Very close to park and scenic spots in Wien.

I wont recommend this hotel, it's too old and very small. The air conditioner's sound was very loud, hard to go to sleep. there's no restaurant or super market near the hotel, breakfast costs 33euro per person but the taste was just so so.

It is poor than what i have expected...service is not that good..quite disappointed with the hotel

Nice hotel with a convenient location (next to a subway station). The exterior is a bit shabby but the interior is still stylish.

地點方便, 對面就是鐵路站 Stadtpark 和很大的公園 , 自助早餐豐富 . 但附近食店只有一兩間 . 不過如果買了多日任搭車票就冇問題 , 可隨時去到另外一個地方食飯 .

This is a well-known chain hotel by well-known operator, but the staff was quite hospitable in a manner more compatible with a boutique hotel. The rooms were exactly what you would expect in a hotel like this. The breakfast area was expansive and with an American style buffet with any kind of breakfast food you would want or expect. One of the things I really liked about this hotel was that it is located right across the street from the entrance to the Stadtpark. This also includes the metro stop by the same name which can whisk you to all parts of the city. In other words, it is a great location in central Vienna.

The breakfast team was the best! Helpful with suggestions about what to do, friendly, and very kind.

The hotel is conveniently located, but the facilities are extremely outdated and poorly maintained. Everything in the room showed noticeable wear and did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the mattress was badly sagging, with two deep indentations even when no one was lying on it. The low ceiling and poor sound insulation made it easy to hear people talking and walking nearby, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. The staff also appeared disengaged and rarely acknowledged guests with even a basic greeting. Overall, I regret booking this hotel based largely on its name and reputation.
