Helt OK. Portabel AC på rommet som ikke virket, ellers helt greit.

Kein Fehrnsehemfang, schmutzig, schimmel in der Dusche wurde nach einigen Tage entfernt. Wurden an mererenTagen gefragt, ob wir mit Frühstück gebucht haben. Früstück war sehr dürftig, keine auswahl bei Brötchen. Keine Klinaanlage, nur ein Ventilator. Bilder vom Hotel entspechen nicht den waren begebenheiten. Das Hotel werde ich nicht wieder buchen.

이상한 냄새가 나며, 에어컨도 없음. 바로옆에 도로가 있어 시끄러움. 와이파이 연결이 안좋음.

Nice place

Breakfast was good value but the bed had broken slats. When an arriving customer blocked access to my designated parking spot I mentioned it to the desk clerk on duty who basically shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know". I had to ask the checking in guests myself to find out who it was so they could move their car.

Top ist die Nähe zu den Badestellen der Alten Donau. Schlecht sind die fehlenden Parkplätze im öffentlichen Raum, da ganz Wien Kurzparkzone ist.

The single room faces the street and was very noisy. The double rooms face the other side and were much better.

Great room, a little small but the very clean. Given the fact that I paid $38/night, I am very happy with my stay!

Not as advertised. Not soundproofed at all. Room was by a busy street and very, very loud. Could hear cars, trams, people talking, all of it. I asked front desk if I could cancel room and get a refund to go somewhere else and they said no. Would not recommend this place.

The hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to the metro. That being said, beware if you're staying in summer: there is no air conditioning. The rooms only have a heater, and the one in my parents’ room was malfunctioning: it was heating the room even though it was turned off. When I brought this up to the front desk, the staff member on duty was dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. He even denied there was a heater in the room, claiming it was a "ventilator", which it clearly wasn’t. His only response was: "Well, it's hot, open the window." It’s a shame to have received such treatment. We could have overlooked the lack of AC given the location, but the poor customer service completely soured our experience. This happened on the night of July 22, in case management would like to review who was working the front desk and address the situation. That is not the way to treat a guest. I was simply raising a valid concern. For reference, my parents were staying in room 272.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht professionell und hat den Eindruck, dass sie Kunden mit einem Finger auf sie zeigen. Die Maschine sagt, dass man sich einchecken soll, aber die Maschine ist kaputt. Das Bett ist laut und alles ist unter der niedrigsten Stufe. Sie bezahlen dafür, dass sie wie ein Mann behandelt werden, der sich um ein Zimmer bittet, das er für nichts bezahlt. Verwenden Sie es nie, auch wenn es billig ist.

Freundliches Personal, gutes Preis Leistungs- Verhältnis. Genügend Auswahl beim Frühstück.
