Internet TV is almost broken, the internet speed is very very slow, when you connect to the YouTube, the video can't running well, besides the breakfast is terrible, very few option and not tasty, this is the worst hotel from Marriot-series that I have ever stayed in my life

Generally very rude staff. I requested a baby cot (per their hotel description I could request one when I make a booking, and it was not a last minute booking), but the guy told me because we arrived late (11pm), they will not provide that for us. What kind of logic is that? Especially this is an airport hotel, you would have expected your guests to arrive any hour of the day and be a bit more accommodating. And shouldn't the cot be in the room already before we check in ? It was a very disappointing experience provided what I've paid and it was a Marriot Bonvoy hotel. I will pick the other hotel in the same airport next time.

Overall, it is a good hotel on all fronts except for two items. The chrome cast did not work on my TV. When i asked the reception, they told me that some rooms have had this problems for many months. Not a good answer. In addition, the channel selection is useless. No movie channels nor any real sports channels.

I loved starting in there.

The room was very disappointing. The furniture and bedding looked old and worn out. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and unreliable. The bathroom drainage was also very poor — the shower water drained very slowly and seemed partially clogged. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations.

Passt perfekt, wenn man früh wegfliegt oder spät ankommt wirklich top. Sauber, modern, unkompliziert.

空港から近く、ホテルのマークに沿って行けばたどり着けましたが、少し案内がわかりにくく、入口を見つけるのに少し苦労しました。 また、フロアの一部が改装中で少しごちゃごちゃしてたのと、シャワーヘッドから水漏れしていて、シャワー圧が低かったのが残念でした。

The only problem was that was too hot in the room an the thermostat was not working to get down the temperature. The rest was impeccable.

The best part of the hotel is its proximity to the airport, walkable distance using the underground passage, very convenient. Be aware that there are no free shuttle, not suitable for people with limited mobility as its a long walk to the terminals. Hotel room was in a poor condition: dusty nightstand, floor did not look like it was fully vacuumed as we found things on the floor as we walked in. No refrigerator in the room. The bathroom size is small (not comfortable at all for average and above average person). Plus, the bathroom was not flushing well and needed 3-4 times to be fully flushed after each use. The worst part was the mattress on the bed. It was very soft and felt like you were on a water bed, without any back support. We only got one pillow each. Some staff were friendly and some were not.

Everything was excellent, and it is very convenient to the airport.

Hätte ehrlich gesagt mehr erwartet. Zimmer war scho nicht mehr so in Schuss, Bad verschliessen, Lavabo hat gestunken.

Matress was saggy in the middle. No shuttle service but wheelchair assistance staff came to the hotel to bring the person all the way to the gate.

Getting to and from the airport terminal was easy.
