Internet TV is almost broken, the internet speed is very very slow, when you connect to the YouTube, the video can't running well, besides the breakfast is terrible, very few option and not tasty, this is the worst hotel from Marriot-series that I have ever stayed in my life

It would be nice to have a hot water kettle in the room along with mugs.

Katastrof med den mest ohjälpsamma och otrevliga personalen någonsin. Hur lugn och trevlig jag än var - agerade ex receptionschefen (smal tjej i glasögon) rakt av hotfullt! Uppenbart att de inte kan hantera stress. De vägrade även ändra min rumsbokning, trots att jag var på plats och bokningen skedde fem min före önskemål. Barpersonalen vägrade dessutom förse oss med tallrikar när vi köpt mackor från baren. Undvik! Finns bättre på flygplatsen.

Réception/Check-in vraiment pas efficace. Les 2 personnes à la réception s'occupent en même temps du check-in, du bar, de l'encaissement des produits de la boutique...

ウィーン空港から徒歩で行ける便利な立地で、近くにスーパーもありお土産も買えます。 部屋も綺麗でシャワーヘッドは海外によくある固定タイプではなかったのは、個人的には嬉しいポイントでした。

I've stayed at this Moxy almost every year since 2014. I loved it, the airport location is unbeatable. But the decline is now impossible to ignore. The room was dirty, with a disgusting white stain on the artwork by the entrance. The door didn't lock properly, I had to push it closed, and the metal latch inside was completely loose. The room I booked for my kids had tiny beds; my son is 6'2" and barely fit. Breakfast has gone downhill too. We were there right at 6 AM when it opens, and the Semmeln already tasted old, there's no way they were fresh that morning. Gluten-free options were barely existent. And skip the welcome drink voucher, some gin concoction that's genuinely undrinkable. Worst of all: the price. I paid €99 a night when I started coming. Now it's nearly €200, and with tax, fees, and breakfast for me and my kids, close to $500 for one night in two rooms. For a hotel that visibly invests nothing in upkeep, that's absurd. I've complained before. Someone even reached out once. Nothing changed, except the price. I would love to love the Moxy. But after all these years of loyalty, I won't be back.

Unfortunately, our room smelled. The smell might have had something to do with the air conditioning. It also was a very small room. Nothing great. They give you a welcome drink was very nice, but the staff who served it was not friendly.
