Ho scelto un pò di fretta l’hotel ma siamo state felicissime della scelta. Hotel moderno ma accogliente, con personale gentile e una bella hall. Praticamente c’era tutto. La camera pulita , luminosa e anche se non era grandissima aveva ogni confort. Molto bella. Ottima la vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici , il parcheggio, negozi e ristoranti: cosa chiedere di più?

Very helpful staff, managed to get me refund since i needed to leave earlier due to strike in Belgium. Cool and nicely designed rooms with state of the art LED lighting.

Das Zimmer im 11. Stock war sehr schön eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich hell. Trotz der Lage am Bahnhof war es sehr ruhig. Wir hatten bei Buchung den Wunsch nach einer zweiten Bettdecke geäußert, der per Mail bestätigt, vor Ort jedoch nicht umgesetzt wurde. Auf Nachfrage wurde die Decke unbezogen nachgeliefert. Das Bügeleisen war leider defekt, man konnte die Temperatur ohne Pinzette nicht einstellen und außerdem lief es aus.
Als wir am ersten Abend wieder ins Zimmer kamen, war der Eingangsbereich des Zimmers nass: Der Abfluss der Dusche ist undicht und läuft deswegen unter dem Waschtisch ins Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage kam die Auskunft, das dies schon mal passieren könne und auch in einem anderen Zimmer nicht ausgeschlossen sei.
Das Personal war jedoch stets freundlich. Das Hotel würden wir trotzdem nicht mehr wählen.

The experience of check-in was great. But other dates, receptionists are not familiar with hospitality and service. It is because shortage of experienced staff. The room and other facility are clean and practical. It is a big plus that the hotel located very close to the station.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön gestaltet und durch die verschiedenen Lichteinstellungen ausgesprochen gemütlich. An einigen Stellen hätte die Sauberkeit etwas gründlicher sein können, insgesamt war es für ein Wochenende aber völlig in Ordnung.
Ein größeres Manko war, dass sich die Türen zur Toilette und zur Dusche nicht vollständig schließen ließen.
Parkmöglichkeiten gab es in den umliegenden Parkhäusern – diese waren zwar nicht ganz günstig, dafür war die Innenstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Het is een leuk "beleggingsobject" hotel voor vooral jonge mensen. Als je boven de 50 bent (zoals wij) bots je met de mentaliteit van het personeel en de overige gasten. Het fijne "hotelgevoel" van vroeger is niet aanwezig, het is een locatie om te overnachten. De klant is koning bestaat hier niet meer, het is eerder 13 in een dozijn

Nosso quarto não estava bem limpo, quando chegamos estávamos andando pelo quarto de pé no chão, quando uma de nós cortou o pé com um caco se vidro. Achamos estranho e chamamos a recepção para trocar de quarto, mas falaram que iam limpar. Foram no quarto passaram aspirador, mas os cacos eram finos e pequenos, e não saíram do chão , quando voltamos a caminhar pelo quarto ainda tinham cacos de vidro pelo chão, como já havíamos reclamado è não deram mta atenção, pois podiam ter trocado nós de quarto, colocamos calçado para andar no quarto, pois não tinhamos condições seguras de andar pelo quarto com o pé no chão livremente
