Central location, clean and cozy hotel with smallish rooms but enough to cover basic travelling needs. Friendly staff and nice view from 6th floor lobby/bar/breakfast room. Great value for money.

Pros:
1.Great location, close to Centraal Station (5min walk), assessable to the commercial street with plenty of restaurants cafes and shops, and even attractions such as Cathedral of Our Lady, Sint-Pauluskerk and the MAS museum (20min walk).
2.Clean room. I like the timber flooring which is clean and easier to maintain than carpet,
3. Comfy mattress
4. Great Breakfast
Cons:
Minimal provisions inside the room, user unfriendly design :
1. Inadequate hooks, ledge or shelf in both bathroom and guest room to stove our own accessories such as make up, shavers, jackets etc
2. only one very soft pillow and is uncomfortable for sleeping,
3. Shower floor is very slippery, pls be mindful.
4. no fridge in room
5. no cups provided for drinking, you need to upto 6/F to get them. A lot of guests take these cups to their room.
6. The security touch pad system in my opinion is not ideal, it should be installed inside the lifts instead of the main entrance door bcoz anyone can sneak in when someone exit/enter the hotel anyway.
7. The bathroom door stop is a disaster, I kicked it accidentally a few times and my toe was hurt.
8. The check in time is rather slow, we could not have our room at 3pm and need to wait till 5pm.

Dit was niet mijn eerste verblijf in dit hotel. Heel praktisch vanwege zijn nabijheid aan het treinstation, de metro-, bus- en tramhalte en De Meir. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel bij de receptie!
Het ontbijtbuffet 's ochtends is zeer uitgebreid en die ruimte vond ik wel heel knus en gezellig om na een hele dag met je vrienden op pad te zijn geweest nog een praatje met ze te maken met een drankje erbij.

The hotel is in an excellent location, few minutes walk from the train station and close to the main attractions. The property is well maintained, clean and welcoming.Our room was small, but practical.Beautiful view on the street side rooms.The reception is on the 6th floor with the reception and breakfast area and a terrace. Luggage lockers are also available for no extra charge. Highly recommend to stay here.

部屋は清潔ですが、設備が何もない。小さい冷蔵庫もなく、セキュリティボックスも部屋に無い。
ドライヤーも壊れてるのに取り替えてくれないし、部屋も変えてくれない。
他の部屋のドライヤー見てくると言ったまま何の音沙汰もなく4日過ぎました。
立地も悪くないしドリンクバーもあってよいところもあるけれど、もう泊まることはないです。

This hotel was underwhelming. Staff were polite and the hotel was clean but our room was incredibly small, and very bland. I was not expecting the room to be anything special but it was still disappointing overall. On the plus side, the hotel is within walking distance of the train station, without being too noisy, and you can get free tea, coffee and hot chocolate any time from the lobby, which slightly makes up for not having tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Bra Hotel i centralt läge nära till centralstationen. Nära till judiska kvarteren där alla juvelerarbutikerna finns och gågata med alla affärer Reception på översta våningen där även frukosten serverades vilken var bra fanns allt vad man behöver. Gratis kaffe hela dygnet vid reception.
