Pros: 1.Great location, close to Centraal Station (5min walk), assessable to the commercial street with plenty of restaurants cafes and shops, and even attractions such as Cathedral of Our Lady, Sint-Pauluskerk and the MAS museum (20min walk). 2.Clean room. I like the timber flooring which is clean and easier to maintain than carpet, 3. Comfy mattress 4. Great Breakfast Cons: Minimal provisions inside the room, user unfriendly design : 1. Inadequate hooks, ledge or shelf in both bathroom and guest room to stove our own accessories such as make up, shavers, jackets etc 2. ⁠only one very soft pillow and is uncomfortable for sleeping, 3. ⁠Shower floor is very slippery, pls be mindful. 4. ⁠no fridge in room 5. ⁠no cups provided for drinking, you need to upto 6/F to get them. A lot of guests take these cups to their room. 6. The security touch pad system in my opinion is not ideal, it should be installed inside the lifts instead of the main entrance door bcoz anyone can sneak in when someone exit/enter the hotel anyway. 7. The bathroom door stop is a disaster, I kicked it accidentally a few times and my toe was hurt. 8. The check in time is rather slow, we could not have our room at 3pm and need to wait till 5pm.

The room is quite large and comfortable! It also has luggage storage service. Highly recommended!!

Great hotel, quiet and clean. Only complain is the doors are badly designed, I could hear door slams very easily, they should install noise cancelling frames.

Zeer tevreden met de overnachting. We gingen naar de Opera en wilde graag een nachtje blijven slapen. Aangezien het Operagebouw tegenover het hotel ligt, was dat ideaal! We vonden het vreemd dat de deuren van het hotel niet meteen opende, je moet namelijk aanbellen of een code ingeven die je krijgt bij het inchecken. De receptie is op de 6e verdieping. Kamer is klein maar voldoende. Ontbijt had veel keuze en ook staat er naast de receptie een grote kan water en een koffiemachine dat gratis te gebruiken is, wat een fijn extraatje is. Na het uitchecken konden we onze koffer in een gratis locker steken om later te komen ophalen.

The hotel is very well located in the city centre, about 10 minutes walk from the beautiful train station. The hotel itself is fairly basic but has everything necessary, in good condition, and we thought it was very good value.

De kamer was echt netjes en schoon, we werden goed geholpen met het inchecken. Ontbijt was echt super, het was ook niet druk tijdens ontbijt. Heb echt een fijne weekend gehad in het hotel in Antwerpen, en uitchecken zijn we ook snel en goed geholpen. Alles was echt top geregeld daar.
