Pretty new, clean, and a great location. Close to public transport but I can’t imagine having a car here. Modern design but one side of the bed had a tiny “nightstand” with an outlet but nothing at all on the other side

Brilliant location in the centre of Ghent. Staff were very friendly and do helpful. Facilities basic but more than adequate brekkie . Rooms were compact but spotless.

Excellent emplacement, locker pour mettre nos bagages pendant que nous visitons. C’était parfait. Par contre, bruits de personnes qui semblaient courir au dessus de nous durant la nuit. Aspect moins agréable.

Was charged 15 EUROS for 2 hours early check in otherwise was offered to drop bags before check in for a fee. Not a friendly experience, would not recommend to my traveling friends. Poor amenities, rooms very small.

Moderme rom med god seng. Grei frokostbuffet. Perfekt beliggenhet i sentrum nær alle severdighetene. Butikker og restauranter i samme område.

Tres bien situe. Chambre propre,hotel calme qui semble tout neuf. Petit dejeuner tres bien.

Very nice hotel, new and clean in great location.

My family stayed at the hotel recently and it was a fantastic experience. The property is centrally located in Ghent and easily accessible by foot. Our room had three beds (two full and one queen) and was very clean. Overall, this is a nice and reasonably priced hotel and we highly recommend it.

Reservei um quarto mais espaçoso. Chegando no quarto, fiquei na dúvida se havia sido encaminhada para a reserva correta, mas confirmaram que sim na recepção. O maior espaço foi somente no corredor de entrada do quarto, não condizendo com as fotos da reserva, onde parecia haver mais espaço de circulação na cama, bem como um espaço para a cafeteira que não na mesa de trabalho. Além disso, a cama não era adequada para colchão king, que ficava apoiado sob uma placa. O colchão acabava se movimentando muito. Ainda, o quarto dava para um pátio interno cuja lateral era um corredor do hotel envidraçado que ficava com uma luz forte acesa toda a noite, atrapalhando a escuridão do quarto. O banheiro era apertado e a temperatura da água poderia ser mais quente. Por fim, o quarto não foi arrumado. Ainda: o café é ok, não falta o básico, mas também não há nada especial. O buffet é recolhido no exato minuto em que finda o horário do café sem a cortesia do aviso de que será encerrado. O que destaco de bom é a localização bastante central e a cortesia de café, frutas e croissant no lobby.

Extremely central, fantastic location from which to walk to all main sites. Welcoming reception, with good amenities. Rooms small and basic, but comfortable. Good value for the price.

Room was tidy but the bed was very hard and by default you only get two pillows for the bed (1 per person in our case). The pillow was pretty rubbish. Breakfast was ok. Location and a good - 20 minute walk from train station, 5 minutes from the center of Ghent
