Excellent stay in Ghent, and centrally located for a day trip to Bruges, Ypres, or Brussels. Room was very clean and extremely spacious. No concerns with this hotel at all. Staff were friendly and accommodating of any questions we had.

Very clean room and hotel is in a great location in the centre. Hotel was quiet at night. Did find the room a bit bright at night due to shop lights over the road and the curtains could be thicker. Room is quite small for two people with limited storage so you end up living out of your cases. Would stay again if I was visiting Gent in the future.

The hotel is in good condition, but there were a couple issues that ruined the experience. The mattress seemed to be pretty old, since it was sunken in and was not comfortable. The shower drain was clogged and caused the bathroom to overflow with water, and the TV in the room didn’t work. It turned on, but no channels or anything was working. Not even the screen mirroring. I raised the issues with the reception staff. Seems like they took care of the drain, but they didn’t do anything about the TV. I raised the issue again, but I was told there was nothing they could do except change me to a new room, which was pointless since I was leaving the day after. It’s a shame since it was my first time staying at a B&B hotel and it looked promising at first.

Ideally located hotel. Clean and good price for centre of Ghent. No fridge/safe or tea and coffee making facilities in room however you could use the coffee machine in reception for free. Room small but comfortable, no wardrobe, mediocre shower. Slight issue with requesting extra pillows which were not received. Good check in/out. Overall a good budget option for location.

Superb hotel, 100% recommended. Very modern reception and room, free option to leave luggage (or paid options with more security). The staff are a credit to the hotel and kindly helped us print out some tickets at short notice. There are no hot drinks options in the room but the reception has a free coffee and water machine, as well as complimentary croissants one day. Quiet room despite central location.

Check in and check out by Busra was exceptional. Very helpful. Room was clean and a reasonable size. Did report the shower was exceptionally slippery. Free tea and coffee in lobby. Great location, only 200m from tram/bus stops, shops, restaurants and sites. Very impressed.

Pretty new, clean, and a great location. Close to public transport but I can’t imagine having a car here. Modern design but one side of the bed had a tiny “nightstand” with an outlet but nothing at all on the other side
