Great stay at a central location, close to the city center and all the main sights.

Most convenient hotel in Ghent

This gem is right in the heart of this gorgeous city, easy walk to all the beautiful places in Ghent. Bigger than average room with wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean room. No coffee mashing in the room but a good one in the lobby plus water dispenser where you can have a sparkling water.

All was good

We slept with the windows open and it could be quite noisy. But once the windows were closed, it was silent. Our room was spacious and clean, excellent water pressure, great view.

A great hotel for central city centre. Very clean and functional Locker room for luggage storage which is payable but very convenient Only let down was pillow quality. Very lumpy with no support at all nd only one pillow each in the room. All good otherwise

Great location. Enjoy our stay. Room felt a little tight for the three of us, but it was clean and beds were comfy enough.

What a surprise this hotel was! The entrance from the street was unassuming but we were greeted by very kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was pretty good if you’re looking for quick and the usual hotel fare. The room was very clean, the bathroom lighting was some of the best, and the bed was super comfortable. All in all, an excellent value for the price. While there are “no frills”, the hand soap, body lotion, shampoo were excellent. The shower was the best also. No water leaks to the main floor area next to the shower, and an adjustable water pressure dial. An excellent find.

It was exactly as advertised. We were kindly allowed to check in early for our four night stay. There is a hot drink machine in lobby which was appreciated. Room was basic but immaculate, you received a 5 euro voucher for each day passing on room service to use at their canteen ( snacks, bottled water, etc). Nice location, plenty of food options in very close proximity.Safe location. There were some roof deck areas to sit outside as well. If we had a need to return to the area, would happily stay here again. We did not opt for breakfast here, but it looked like a great offering.

You couldn't wish for a more central location in Ghent with soundproof rooms. There is secure car parking <250mtrs away, which is pricey but you are in the heart of the city. The hotel has a super eating area for breakfast and numerous other seating areas including a sun terrace for when you tire of walking. You are even overlooking an ex royal palace and gardens, which would be impossible anywhere in the UK.

Hotel is in a great location for exploring the city centre on foot. Room was small and basic but clean. Bed was comfy and the walk-in shower was a good size. Given we didn’t spend a great deal of time in the room it had everything we needed.

The hotel was very nice and clean and its in the heart of Ghent. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I cut my finger during the holiday and one of the female staff went out of her way to get me some gloves to protect my finger so i can shower. The feel inside the hotel and in the reception area is very comfortable and they provide you with unlimited hot drinks during your stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great service from reception staff!!! Room was lovely and beds comfy. Good central spot for most activities. Breakfast was okay and limited.
