I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect – close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

It was really good, arrived late and needed a place near the Gare Midi since going on train early next day. Google maps put me at wrong direction so a 5 minute walk took 20, but that was google maps fault :) Nice personel who spoke lots of languague enough

Great location for metro into Brussels attractions. Room was perfect, clean and fresh, fluffy towels. The bottles of water were a welcome bonus especially in recent heatwave! Staff were helpful too. Would definitely recommend and will see if i can book here again in my next trip.

環境不是很好，由其在隔音，一樓放的音樂五樓也感覺在party。入住時的感受會令人有不安全感。同等的價格會覺得住airb&b會來的理想一些

Huone siisti ja puhdas, sänky hyvä. Hyvä sijainti. Metro lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ja juna-asema myös lähellä, josta pääsee todella käyevästi Charleroin lentokentälle. Hotellin edustalla tällä hetkellä suuri työmaa, joka hankaloitti hieman liikkumista.

Unfortunately, we arrived during an enormous renovation of the public streets right in front of the hotel, therefore, our stay was less than satisfactory. We were also in an unsavory part of town where we did not feel safe walking around after dark. The AC did not turn on nor half of the lights in the room. The only way to get a little fresh air was to open the balcony door but then there was intense cigarette smoke all throughout the night. The only thing we liked about this hotel was the clean bathroom, clean beds, and walking distance to main train station. I wish for this place to do well as I do for all businesses post-Covid so I hope when I come back things will be different.

Très bruyant, zone en grand travaux. Il n’est pas précisé sur Expedia que la réservation du parking doit se faire en amont. Nous sommes arrivés et le parking était complet. Nous avons dû garer la voiture du location dans la rue, heureusement sans incident mais nous avions choisi cet hôtel à cause du parking. D'autre part la climatisation ne marchait pas et le chauffage était à fond lors de notre arrivée.

View from room was great. Proximity to train also great. Watch for pick pockets. Saw two happen, one across the street as we were coming, the other just beyond R20 while walking on Maurice Lemonnier.

The hotel is located in a very busy area just opposite the huge building site. Our room's window were facing another building, so there was no daylight.There was a power cut in the morning which lasted around 30 mins, so it was pitch black in our room. The reception staff didn't seem helpful at all. I wouldn't stay there again.
