J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel ainsi qu'au Mercure qui y est jumelé et je les recommande tous les 2. Localisation ultra centrale au pied de la gare et à 2mn de marche de la plage. Pour l'ibis la réception se fait via l'accueil du Mercure à quelques mètres lorsque l'accueil est fermé à l'ibis.

Very clean, very good location. Beds were comfortable and room ideal for short stay. Free WiFi very intermittent. Would cut out often, and after a very short while. Had to hotspot the entire time. No on site parking so forced to use local. Very expensive, €30 per night. Found a cheaper one 10 min walk away, £10 per night. Overall a nice place, would return

Le personnel a tenté de rentrer dans la chambre par deux occasions au matin

Vriendelijk personeel. Lekker ontbijt. Ik was daar met mijn jonge dochter. We hadden maar 1 handdoek gekregen. Ook waren we na een dagje Blankenberge moe terug aan het hotel toegekomen. Konden we niet meer binnen in het hotel en onze kamer. Dochter natuurlijk in paniek en over haar toeren. Bleek dat ze de code niet voor de hele logeerperiode hadden ingegeven. Wel telkens vriendelijk geholpen door het personeel van Mercure. Het ibis hotel had zelf geen receptie.

Wij hadden een grote kamer voor mindervaliden.Wij zijn wel naar de Mercure geweest om de code. In het hotel geen personeel gezien

Propere kamers en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

Chambre propre et confortable, par contre, il faudrait changer le matelas qui est usée et plutôt sale. L'alarme incendie qui sonne à 23h, on se retrouve sur le trottoir à attendre le veilleur de nuit qui a mit 20 minutes par arriver sur place ( veilleur de nuit pour l'hôtel Ibis et mercure) pas de petit déjeuner à l'hôtel Ibis, il faut se rendre à l'hôtel Mercure à côté. Hôtel bien situé et à proximité du centre ville et de la plage.

Parkeerplaatsen zijn wel een probleem en de ruimte van de kamer was zeer beperkt. Wel heel vriendelijk personeel en zéér propere kamer.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour cet établissement où je séjourne souvent. Chambres très propres, chaleureuses et fonctionnelles. Situation idéale (tout est accessible à pied). Accueil très agréable.

Perfectly positioned as part of station complex (alongside the Mercury) and an easy if fairly lengthy walk down to the seaside (which itself is somewhat spoiled by being lined with block after block of ugly apartments - Knokke is more attractive in this respect), the hotel provides a good value and comfortable stay. As with most budget chains, the room was functional rather than attractive with not even a local photo to provide a splash of colour or interest. It was however clean and tidy and well-maintained with a good shower. The breakfast selection was good too, providing an ample start to the day

wij komen met de trein en is het zeer praktisch om van het perron naar het hotel te gaan.

Ideale uitvalsbasis indien je maar 1 of 2 nachten wil verblijven in Blankenberge. Kamers en badkamer zijn niet groot maar groot genoeg om te doen waarvoor ze dienen. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en hulpzaam. Ontbijt is basis, dus geen bubbels of zalm enz maar alles is aanwezig wat je van een normaal ontbijt mag verwachten. Zwemmen is ook mogelijk in het dakzwembad van het mercury hotel. Wij komen zeker nog terug voor een short tripje aan de kust

Alles wat nodig was ,is aanwezig ! Rustig ! Aan het station ,heel belangrijk ! Fijne lokatie !

Rauw ei bij ontbijt is niet ok…

The Budget Ibis doesn't always have any Receptionists available, so had to check-in at Mercure next-door. The door code stopped working next day. I had to get a new code from the Mercure every day! Which was very inconvenient- having to exit my hotel and walk around the corner to the next hotel. It also made me feel insecure at night, thinking no staff on duty! One night the fire alarm went off at 3am, all guests evacuated outside without any organisation, and it seemed like no one could reset the alarm. We couldn't return until 3.45am. The room itself was quite clean, except for some paw prints on wall below the window. The bathroom was very clean, and the shower had good water pressure and temperature. I didn't realise that tea-making facilities NOT included! The TV was quite large, but the bed was at right angle to the headboard?
