The hotel is little bit far away from station. Room is acceptable clean and tidy.

基本的格局以及酒店設施一應俱全 但是同地區亦有更多的酒店可以選擇 不過不失 酒店亦都很舒適 只是房間比較多塵埃 我有鼻敏感在晚上睡覺前有點辛苦

Great location. The atmosphere around the area is great. Service is nice and friendly. A little bit old facilities in room, but still very comfortable.

Staff were very helpful and got everything sorted quickly. Room was excellent, although the shower had very limited hot water.

Great location away from the usual around Grand Place

Large and well equipped room. Some minor flaws in an aging building, but all in all a good choice.

Top ! Petits chocolat pour ma fille de 2 ans à l’arrivée et lit fait pour elle avec une petite trousse avec gel douche,… Personnel du petit déjeuner très sympathique et au petit soin avec ma fille surnommée « la petite princesse » ! Je reviendrai si je dois à nouveau rester sur Bruxelles !

Hotel in posizione strategica a due passi da metro, tram e locali. All'interno è presente anche un angolo market dove acquistare bibite e snack a qualsiasi ora. Stanza come da foto online, c'è anche una macchina del caffè con diverse capsule e la bottiglia d'acqua viene offerta tutti i giorni. Direi che è un ottimo servizio!

Great hotel! The place is amazing and is in a great location in brussels. I will definitely stay here again.

I used to stay here when I visited Brussels more often and I was pleased that it was still a friendly hotel with good breakfast options and good facilities. The staff are really helpful and the location is great for being in a nice area close to shops, the metro, and Midi station.

Great staff and great room. They have a great initiative that if you don’t need your room cleaned, you can get a voucher for a free drink, I thought this was fantastic.

Was allowed to check in early, helpful staff, liked that there was shampoo and conditioner in room! Good selection at breakfast, reasonably close to most things Road was a bit noisy at night but didnt bother us too much.

Hotel Review – 6-Night Stay The location was excellent, and the reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options. The only issue was with housekeeping, as the bedding was not changed during the 6-night stay. However, the hotel staff apologized and handled the situation kindly. Because of their attitude and great service overall, a return visit is definitely planned.
