I used to stay here when I visited Brussels more often and I was pleased that it was still a friendly hotel with good breakfast options and good facilities. The staff are really helpful and the location is great for being in a nice area close to shops, the metro, and Midi station.

Great staff and great room. They have a great initiative that if you don’t need your room cleaned, you can get a voucher for a free drink, I thought this was fantastic.

Hotel Review – 6-Night Stay
The location was excellent, and the reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options. The only issue was with housekeeping, as the bedding was not changed during the 6-night stay.
However, the hotel staff apologized and handled the situation kindly. Because of their attitude and great service overall, a return visit is definitely planned.

On avait demandé une chambre avec grand lit on s'est retrouvé avec des petits lits pas de gel douche ni de bouilloire et une machine à café qui ne fonctionne pas même si on a reçu du chocolat en guise d'excuse.
Je trouve que pour le prix c'est abusé. On a pris une 4 etoiles pour avoir du confort et je trouve que c'est décevant.
Dans nos critères de sélection on avait aussi le parking arrivée sur place pas de parking publicité mensongère.

Very clean and friendly. Staff were especially helpful in every way. The room was larger than expected and quiet for the most part all night. The lighting I the room was good. The location is an easy walk to major tourist sites and to a Metro Station.
There could be a few more choices of restaurants in the area but enough to provide some options.
The hotel breakfast was very good with fruit, salad, eggs and sausage, lots of bread options, yogurts etc. A great value.
They have a program for multi-night stays that rewards you with free drinks if you don’t need your room cleaned the next day…. Loved it!

Very warm welcome, big room, big comfortable bed, good air con. Downsides: bit shabby, for instance, dust on the replacement toilet roll and desk draws as well as under the bed. Coffee machine didn't work and no kettle. Service staff came in even though do not disturb sign was shown. Initial strange smell, but could open the window so was fine. Overall, a good, friendly hotel in a great location but needs a bit of TLC.

Unfortunately a shadow of what this hotel used to be. Used it many times in last 10 years not just for myself but my staff while in town. Fact is they send you a "welcome and thanks for booking with us email" but when you reply and tell the the last stay was a disaster apparently they didn't get it and made exactly the same mistakes again.
So please dont book anything above a basic room as you won't get without having to ask any bathrobe, slippers or pillow menu and the room size difference is so small you wont notice it.
Give breakfast a miss if you British as it's very bad value for money with just 2 hot offerings you would expect scrambled eggs and chicken (yep chicken) sausages.
