The building is super, huge room and bathroom is well renovated.always well cleaned.staff is very kind and check in is really fast.for breakfast you can find literally everything.The city is stunning and you can find a lot of shops going around.public transportation (tram and train)are really close.all good!!!Eleonora e Marco

Great hotel and awesome location in the center of town! Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. There was a mix-up with housekeeping but the staff made made up for it by extending a voucher for a free drink. All in all a great stay!

Great location in walking distance to every spots ! The room is big and very clean. The breakfast is excellent have lots of choice. I will stay in NH Belfort for next time.

Room is very cold. Heater didnt work. Firstly they provided addition mobil heater but not safe. Then the changed but they didnt want to change our room. We prefer nh hotels everytime but that experince was so bad

Het was helaas niet schoon. Dit viel ons zwaar tegen voor een 4 sterren hotel. We waren met 2 koppels gekomen. Bij ons lag er veel stof in de kaner en zelfs een gebroken nagel achter de kraan in de badkamer. Bij binnenkomst stond er water in de wasbak omdat de zeep steeds naar beneden zakte (kamer 333). Heb dit aan de receptie doorgegeven maar het probleem is niet verholpen. Tevens lag de gebroken nagel ook nog steeds achter de kraan. Op de kamer (337) van mijn vriendin lag nog etensresten van een paar dagen nog in de minibar. Dit stonk heel erg omdat het aan het fermenteren was.

De kamer was schoon en mooi versierd door het hotel voor onze honeymoon. We hebben bovendien een kamer upgrade gekregen wat heel fijn was! Ze hebben veel moeite gestoken in het decoreren van deze kamer. Helaas wel jammer dat het zoveel geld had moesten kosten (€50) om dit te realiseren. Dit mocht wat mij betreft minder mogen zijn.

Great location and very nice room. Let down by staff. Lady in charge of the bar on Friday evening 19/12 was particularly rude when we tried to claim our free drink for not having our room serviced. We were told at check-in to claim a drink accordingly but the bar lady had other ideas and was quite off hand about it. Didn’t really care about the drink, just objected to the way we were spoken to. In the end, we spent our money elsewhere.

This is the second time we have stayed here, the hotel is lovely, in the centre of Ghent with easy access to the town. The facilities are first class and the staff are really helpful. If we were to come to Ghent again we would definitely stay here.
