Novotel Ieper Centrum Flanders Fields

Our new favourite hotel chain. This place was spotless and the rooms are spacious and luxurious. A two minute walk to the Menin Gate and the Flanders Field Museum.

When mentioned, the hotel should have warned us not to park in the square overnight due to market day. Car towed away 200 euro fine.

Brilliant hotel stayed 2 nights. Great location, great staff. Parking was so cheap at €2 for the day around the back 👌

Lovely quiet hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We managed to get a parking space right outside the front door! Wi-Fi in the rooms was hit and miss which was frustrating and not great view from bedroom window.

Located in an amazing community, Front desk person Troy took good care of us

Bed was so comfortable and there were extra pillows available. Shower was hit with a good flow

Hög standard för trestjärnigt hotell. Rymligt, rent och fräscht rum med Ritual duschcreme, schampo och tvål. Sköna sängar och toppen med AC. Om den stod på auto kunde den dock bullra lite mycket. Bra och snabb hiss, rymliga korridorer och utmärkt samt välorganiserad frukost till rimlig peng. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal som gav tips på att man kunde parkera gratis på säker plats i närheten av hotellet. Kort gångavstånd till torg, restauranger, pubar och sevärdheter som östra porten) där man varje dag klockan 20:00 har en minnesceremoni för de soldater som dog under WW1. Varma rekommendationer och verkligen prisvärt!

The hotel is situated in a quiet side street so despite there being a fair in the central square, it was quite peaceful. The room could do with some decorating attention which made it look and feel a bit tatty. Nothing that really impacted on the stay. A shame to only have some cardboard cups to drink from in the room- quite wasteful. The biggest issue is the Indigo carpark under the hotel. I realise this is not owned by the hotel, but problems exiting the car park delayed us by fifteen minutes- the barrier wouldn’t open, the payment machine wouldn’t accept payment. Two other car drivers had the same problem. It’s clearly not a rare occurrence as reception told us they will just open the barrier… except they didn’t. Surely Novotel have some sway with Indigo to get this sorted reliably as it reflects quite poorly.

Ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer keurig ingericht voor ons gezin. Dicht bij Grote Markt met alle voorzieningen binnen handbereik.

This hotel is situated just outside of the main market area, however, still close enough to enjoy all that it has to offer. Walkable to the Menin Gate. Rooms are tidy and furnishings are up to date. This is my second visit to Ieper as well as this hotel.

Localização excelente. Cama confortável. Poderia melhorar os travesseiros. Wi-Fi não funciona nos quartos.

We stayed here for 1 night and were really pleased to have chosen the Novotel. Not sure if it has recently been refurbished or not but our room was in excellent condition, very clean and modern. Ideally located for local restaurants and of course the Menin Gate daily rememberance.
