Arrived and was very quickly checked in abd guven our room keys. We had asked before about parking and it is free next door at the church from 6pm.there is also a two hours free parking there.
Hotel is very good rooms are quiet, and comfortable, with a nespresso machine and tea making facilities.
Breakfast was plentiful and included in cost.

Very comfortable room and parking around hotel and underground if wanted. My key card kept going ....It happens to me a lot....a d the staff were very accommodating. Only complaint was the price of the breakfast. But it was tasty. Would highly recommend as also in great central position. Was travelling solo with hound

The hotel has a fantastic location.
Its good value for money and the rooms are well appointed.
For vehicles, there's a public carpark just around the corner (Indego Neo) that has direct access to the hotel.
Breakfast is €25 per person, so i wouldnt bother withthat and find a local cafe for less than half the price.
But, would i stay here again? Absolutely.

Not happy with the price of parking . I accept its no longer your car park but feel a contribution towards the cosr would be beneficial. Not happy with the price of the breakfast on new its only a couple of £ extra

The hotel staff are very accommodating helpful and friendly, the location to the town is perfect easy walk into the hub where there are plenty of places to sit eat and drink, the shops are great although opening times are much different to ours in the UK. Everyone is polite and helpful. Ypres is beautiful.

Although a bit of a walk from the train station, it was just close enough to the In Flanders Fields museum and the main square without being too close. Very quiet. Staff was very accommodating in extending our stay and changing our room type so we wouldn't have to change rooms. The room was very nice and very clean.

We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel in Ypres. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff were absolutely brilliant so friendly and helpful when we had an issue with parking. The communal area was perfect for chilling and enjoying a drink in the evening. Overall this hotel is the perfect base to tour the battlefields and memorials of the first world war.

We arrived just in time to witness a beautiful ceremony at Menin gate from the Halton Regional Police Pipes and Drums band and Honour Guard. What a performance
