Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel très mauvais. Quartier plutôt ghetto pas invitant. Trou de balles ds une vitre en face de l’hôtel!!!! Je demande de la glace, on me dit que la pièce ou y’a de la glace est barrée!!! Chambre très petite! Un bon côté, 20 minutes de marche de la Grande Place de Bruxelles. Je ne le recommande pas à cause du quartier.

Pros: Nice hôtel. Cool décoration/concept. Very fun for the kids. Check-In lady was very friendly. Fun souvenirs on sale Cons: not well located. Actually quite far from the city center. Their parking only has 9 spots so they run out fast, the parking recommended by the staff is about 10 minute walk (away from the city center). Neighborhood is not inspiring (staff said it was dangerous to leave our car in the street) No restaurants nearby so you end up taking the disappointing and expensive breakfast at the hotel The guy in charge of breakfast was not very friendly (I guess he knows that you don't have a choice) In the end, I would not recommend staying there

Fint hotel - hyggeligt med tegneserier rundt på væggene. Morgenmaden var okay, ikke en kæmpe wow oplevelse. Men kunne spises ;) Personalet var meget imødekommende, hjælpsomme og smilende. Hotellet ligger meget tæt på metroen - eller gåtur ind til byen på ca 15min. Parkering ligger "under" hotellet og koster ekstra penge. Parkering er aflåst så andre ikke kan komme ind.

Hotel proche de la gare, decoration autour de la bd. Chaque chambre correspondant a des personnages de bd. Nous n'avons pas testé le buffet à volonté. Il est possible de laisser ces bagages moyennant 5euros la journée soit dans des lockers ou dans une salle privative. Billard et PlayStation a disposition. Très bon séjour.

We had an accident when one from our party walked across a bright glass door that doesn't have anything noting that a door closes the corridor. This is dangerous. Hotel staff was helpful during the accident but hopelessly slow. It seems that the staff doesn't take ownership of the situation nor the hotel. I asked reception to convey message to maintenance to fix the dangerous door. I doubt that anything has happened. Hotel was nice overall but district bit rough.
