The staff is friendly and good at English. Breakfast is also delicious,too. Room is clean and I have a small garden of my own. There are only eight rooms in the hotel, so it is very quiet here and the staff remember all customers. In conclusion, it is a fantastic experience.

床鋪非常的大張但希望浴缸旁還是要有個浴簾之類的遮蔽物洗澡時也比較不會受寒地上也應該要留有止滑墊淋浴完踩在地上差點滑倒~

the hotel is clean. location is not too far from most of the area. The staff is very helpful anf friendly. There is various choose for breakfast and the taste is delicious. Wifi is not stable. Bathroom hot tap water is not stable too. Sometime cold water comes out. It would be better if there is some hooks for hanging tower or clothes in bathroom. Any there is some mosquito.

Firstly I paid for a return airport shuttle as part of my room on arrival in siem reap I was told nobody would be picking me up which cost an extra 10 dollar in a taxi Upon arrival I asked the receptionist why?Was then told it was only one way despite my receipt saying it was a return My room was also meant to be a city view which turned out to be a load of metal/wooden shacks and not very a nice view at all The bathroom looked half finished and not very clean After just 1 hour I decided to book myself another hotel and leave the place as I just felt completely robbed by them in every way Would not stay here again

兎に角今迄で泊まったホテルで最低中の最低！テレビは付かないし『直す』と言って滞在中(5泊)ずっとテレビは見れなくて、部屋に大きいクモが居ると言っても知らん顔。しまいにはベッドの上にゴキブリ！照明もチカチカしてて、バスタブのお湯は出ないし冷蔵庫はコンセントが外れたままで、セーフティボックスの鍵の調子が悪くスタッフに話しても適当な対応。メーキングのアメニティの追加は無くて何一つまともな所がない！ここまで酷いと驚きで口コミを見て決めましたが、良くこんなホテルに好評価を上げたと思うと不思議で有りません。このホテルのお陰で本当に憂鬱な旅行になり、初日から一人のフロントのスタッフの応対の悪さにホテルを変えようかとも思いまし、そのスタッフの顔を見る度に不愉快な気分。二度と泊まらない！

アジアン調のステキな部屋でした。でも床の石が一部ずれてる箇所がありガタガタしており、部屋のエアコンのリモコンが思うように利かなかった。バスタブの栓がなかったため湯を溜めれなかった。バスローブのかかっていたハンガーのみで他になかったので予備があれば良いのに、と思った。スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。

My friend and I want to explain why we only gave them 1 star! The staff was very friendly and reacted right away! Unfortunately there were a few things which made our stay not comfortable and made us leave this hotel two nights earlier. We had a lizard in our bathroom and one in our prepared lunchbag. We know that lizards are common here but these situations made us feel uncomfortable. In addition to that, the sheets weren‘t actually clean! One of the towels neither. Even though I threw the dirty towel on the floor, the cleaning person just hang it up again. We have two say, that they removed the lizard and that we got a fresh towel right away. They also let us switch the room because of the lizard and ants in our room but you just don‘t feel comfortable anymore. The extra laundry service we paid for wasn‘t good at all. Our clothes had still stains and not everything was clean nor dry. After complaining, the money for the laundry service was refunded. Still, the manager did not excuse himself or refund anything for the incidents or days we left earlier because we didn‘t feel comfortable.
