Naga Angkor Hostel

(1) wonder no shampoo and conditioner provided from this hostel. I've asked the staff to let me have and she said I need to buy for my own usage. (2) no hangers in my room, then I asked the staff to let me have and she said she would provide to me later. Unfortunately, I have't got it even after 2 days, then I need to re-ask the receptionist staff

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the location was great! Bed was comfortable. The hot shower was amazing! The room is very old and could you a real deep clean. The pillows on the beds were really hard and the door on the toilet wouldn’t shut properly if you weren’t inside to lock it, this would let bugs in as the bathroom had gaps to outside

The guesthouse is well located and within minutes walking to main streets. The lady working in reception is super nice and friendly.

Plutôt que de vous dire que cet hôtel ne devrait tout simplement pas être ouvert, je vais vous montrer quelques photos... Évidemment je suis parti au bout de 10 minutes sur les 4 nuits de prévu, et évidemment je n'ai pas eu de remboursement ....

Kind staff and great price. Could maybe clean shower heads and drains.

Ok til prisen. Sindssygt søde værter. Værelset var udemærket, hvis man bare skal bruge en seng at sove i, men badeværelset var ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Vi havde desuden en uheldig oplevelse med rengøringen på badeværelset, da vi tjekkede ind, men det fik de hurtigt styr på. Fint til en nat eller to.

Kleine aber schöne Zimmer. Bequeme Betten. Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Safe. Personal sehr freundlich. Zentral gelegen nahe Pub Street und Night Market.

Budget place not too far from the night markets. Check in was good. We were trying to get the shuttle service as described, but no one answer our calls. The room was basic but value for money. Breakfast is only between 7-9, no drinks included be aware, kind of tricky. On our last day before leaving on a long journey, we ordering the breakfast at 7am, and simply never received it, I wish we know in advance and just buy some food before. I think if you’re on a budget it’s a good place but don’t expect too much.

Var tvungen att byta rum. Vårt rum var på 4 etage med vindeltrappa, Annars var boendet gott o centralt. TV fungerande inte,men annars bra service.

The view on the roof is nice. Maybe I missed it but apparently the attached restaurant is only open at certain times.

Le prix est attractif mais n’y allez pas, vous dormirez mal, serez mal accueilli et le petit déjeuné ne vaut même pas la peine de se réveiller ...

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided help with booking my trip to Angkor Wat and also bus trip to Phnom Penh. I will definitely visit here again.

Very central location. Got a superior double room. Make sure you get a room with screens for the ventilation holes in the bathroom. The mosquitos come in from there and eat you alive at night

ルームクリーニング無し。冷蔵庫とセキュリティボックスは壊れている。アメニティは小さい石鹸と歯ブラシだけ。 スイートを予約したが、スイートの価値無し。スーペリアとの違いは広さだけ。 スタッフに間違えてスーペリアに案内され、スイートを予約したことを伝えるとすぐに替えてくれたが、部屋を見てどちらでも大差なし。 スタッフの愛想は良かったが、もう泊まるつもりは無い。

Reception could not find my booking. Though it was stated that parking space was available, there wasn't any proper parking lots. When I checked with the receptionist, she assured me it wasn't a problem. The next morning, the security guy asked for an extra tip in spite of hotel receptionist's assurance. Not impressed by the service.

My opinion of Naga Angkor changed a lot over our 3 nights in their private twin room. On checking in, we were very disappointed as the room is very small, the bathroom even smaller, with large gaps around the tops of the doors so not at all soundproof. However, the helpfulness of the staff (Yudom in particular) completely changed my (initially very negative) view of the place. The bathroom was strange and very basic and we couldn't see how the shower worked, but the staff member not only described it but came up to our room to make sure we had it under control. Most impressive was when we left it far too late to book a tour company to visit a floating village, and nothing we tried online would enable us to get a tour before we left the city. Then at 9pm the night before our last day, Yudom thoroughly and incredibly patiently talked us through options, made several phone calls very efficiently, and was very understanding as we dithered over various queries we had and concerns. Solely thanks to her, we were able to make the most of our last day in Siem Reap and get to see the floating villages. It has reminded me not to be too quick to judge a place! That said, if your standards are at or above average for a private room, you're probably better looking elsewhere.
