The boss and the staffs are kind and nice. the breakfast they served is amazing. Khmer fried noodle is my favorite!!
it's worth mentioning that they are so so so kind that they borrow their shower room to us because we took the night bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap.
Also stored our lugggages for about 3 days.
This is a hotel where you must stay if you have a plan about traveling to Phnom Penh.

Seems owned and operated by a French man who is very friendly and caring all the guests, as well as the staff who could speak many different languages, IMPRESSED!!! They provided multiple kinds of service including city tour or airport transferring. And the staff also can provide many information for travelling around. Room looks very nice, location is just next to National Museum and very safe, 7 mins walk to FCC beside the river. Breakfast provide many choice including European and Khmer dishes.
Only thing is few shelf in bathroom, so you can only put the shampoo on the floor.

The 3D2N stay in this hotel was the best experience in Phnom Penh! I would definitely suggest you to stay here!
It is located at a quiet area but easily accessible to anywhere, i.e. national museum, royal palace.
Hotel is newly furnished in a relaxing and modern way. Rooms are well-equipped, clean and tidy. After the long-day-out, you would love those comfortable rooms! Breakfasts in big portions were freshly prepared according to orders.
The owner, Alain, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful! Most staff spoke good english and professional. They were proactive and caring about what customers really need. You could feel their working atmosphere and attitudes were very cheerful and positive!

事前に空港送迎をお願いし、交通不便な新空港より無難に到着出来ました。
同じく事前に伝言つなぎをお願いした件は、「私Mr.○○に
お任せください」の回答のみで放置にはちょっと閉口。
翌朝別人スタッフに改めて手当頂き解決。事前連絡の意味がないし放置判明の不安とストレスによるエネルギーの浪費は不案内の土地での旅行中にはいただけない。
但しホテルの立地、雰囲気は◎。
静かで、趣のある建屋、パティオからの採光、南国の観葉植物。イイ感じに東南アジアを感じさせる◎

Sehr schönes Hotel, ruhig, eine Oase. Grosse, gut eingerichtete Zimmer mit schönem Badezimmer. Gut gelegen, nahe Königspalast und Riverside. Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück nach Wunsch.
Einziger negativer Punkt: in der Beschreibung stand, dass das Hotel einen Pool hat, den gibt es aber nicht

Stayed at this basic hotel for three nights. Spacious room. Could do with a repaint. Nice breakfast in courtyard cooked to order. Good location near river and Royal Palace.
A good price.
They had their own tuk tuk driver (Un) who was very nice and trustworthy. We hired him to take us to The Killing Fields and Genocide Museum and we waited for us and charged us for the round-trip. Would recommend doing that.

We had a nice time here, room was adequate but was a more expensive one, though there were a few issues, like: only friendly staff at check-in/reception; breakfast basic OK though grumblings when asking for another coffee; a sewer type smell in the room a few times; almost no water one day; room was boiling and minibar was off upon arrival.

Great staff who went above and beyond to be helpful - even storing our bags after we’d checked out in the morning. Breakfast was filling. It’s a good jumping off point to see much of the city on foot as markets aren’t far away. They also state they will call reputable tuk tuks but I didn’t have need of this service.
The shower was a bit tricky and there’s no shower curtain so much of the room got wet (including the toilet paper but that was operator error). It got fairly cool which was a bit interrupted when we left as the key card went with us so the air had to start over after a day out.
