The hotel is always great but the bathroom had an issue with the shower curtain rod. Also, the carpets in the hallway look like they need to be replaced.

Had a really nice hotel clerk named Yogesh. Very easy to communicate with, seemed happy to be there even when it was 4 in the morning. Made the stay that much better!

Staff were friendly and location is excellent! The hotel and rooms are clearly a bit dated, mostly clean but starting to look bad with stained and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, however rooms were cleaned well. Breakfast was included but would not recommend as it was incredibly crowded, chaotic trying to get food, and no room in the breakfast area to sit. Valet parking was also mentioned and while someone does helpfully guide you to their offsite lot, you need to go with them and walk back, as well as pick up your own car when leaving so it is not real valet service. Overall great location and solid place for a nights sleep, but it is dated and amenities are lacking

The location was top notch area close to major touristic attractions in walking distance. Surrounded by restaurants and live neighborhood at night. The biggest drawback was lack of parking spot on the property.

We got this room with a pullout couch so we could have more space to sleep. The pullout couch was not just uncomfortable, it was unusable.

Pas vraiment aimé être obligé d'aller stationner dans une autre hotel et aussi le fait que si nous sortons nous devons demander le valet pour ramener l'auto au stationnement. De plus, le valet m'a pas dit que si nous sortons du stationnement nous devons arrêter à la porte. notre 2ieme journée nous avons sortir incapable de passer notre passe pour entrer dans le garage retourné à l'hotel et dû au traffic et les détours nous avons et connaissant pas trop le secteur nous avons mis presque 30mnts pour retourner à l'hotel. Aussi le tapis était un peu sale. Les lits étaient quand même propre. Seulement 2 débarbouillettes pour 5 personnes
