Delta Hotels Thunder Bay

酒店很新，环境不错！只是酒店的清洁人员太太太让人烦恼，第一天早上9点过就来敲门，还没想起床，可是那种不停歇的敲门，逼得你只能起床，去和她打招呼，让稍晚些来。第二天早上8点过就来了，还是不依不饶地敲，你想多睡会吧，已经吵醒了，再睡回去，又睡不着了，弄得一天都精神恍惚的！我一点都没有夸张，酒店可以看监控，是不是这样早就来敲门了，这是催客早离店的意思吗？

Amazing food , and location - views are amazing -

The whole time from check in to check out was excellent. The staff was great as we did have a problem and they looked after it ASAP. The dinner area was also great, the food was great. The lobby was very pleasing and your were greeted when entering. The parking was also good, had no problems what so ever . The room was great with a view of the marina, very modern and up to date. I would greatly suggest the people stay there, it is the destination spot. The value is there don't short change yourself , treat yourself the stay is worth it.

Loved this hotel. The location was great - very walkable. We had fish and chips at the restaurant and I think it was the best I have ever had. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Very enjoyable stay.

The staff was very accommodating and helped with an early check in. The room was well appointed and clean. Finding parking can be a challenge but on a Sunday night it’s super easy.

Limited onsite parking did not feel comfortable leaving vehicle in overflow parking area Breakfast included would be nice give the nightly rate where your other Marriott hotels provide breakfast

The espresso machines are a nice touch, but not everyone is familiar with how to use them. It might be helpful to provide simple instructions, including how to make a regular cup of coffee, for guests who aren't looking for specialty drinks. The blinds are attractive, but they don't offer much privacy since you can easily see through them from both inside and outside. They also do very little to block sunlight. Adding curtains would greatly improve both privacy and light control. Considering the hotel hosts a large number of weddings and events, I was surprised by the lack of soundproofing. The loud music and bass vibrations from a wedding reception continued until around midnight, making it difficult to relax and sleep. The parking lot was also challenging to navigate, and the signage throughout the property could be improved. Better directional signs would make finding parking and getting around much easier for guests.

Check in took a very long time with only one person in front of us. Very confusing information about where you can and can’t park. Most of the parking for the hotel is 3 blocks away which was not convenient at all.

Great

This hotel is well located on Lake Superior across from the Sleeping Giant. The rooms and the dining room offer a beautiful view of the lake and harbour. Also, it's close to the downtown area, which is a short walk away. I enjoy this hotel whenever I'm on Thunder Bay.

We absolutely loved this property and the staff went above and beyond. The hotel was beautiful, the surroundings beautiful and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and do enough for us. We would highly recommend staying here.

The property is relatively new and great place to stay .

The parking situation was ridiculous but besides that everything else was good

The property was in a scenic area. The handicapped automatic door entering the building didn't work. One of the two elevators didn't work. Parking was a challenge. The room itself was fine; plain, nothing fancy, but it worked for my needs.

It’s April and they have Xmas decorations outside. Only 1 elevator was working. The handicap door buttons for both doors did not work. The Manager needs to be more urgent to getting this in order. The price was excessive and had I had more time I would have researched a different hotel.
