We stayed in the hotel on our way back from Banff to Seattle and were very happy with the stay. Hotel took care of small things like hot tea at reception, night light in bathrooms and tap water option outside of bathroom. Rooms/lobby were very clean and staff was very friendly. We also had good time in pool as pool temperature was well maintained. We did not explore much outside, but location was good with many other hotels and restaurant options nearby.

We booked the room for five adults, but unfortunately, the sofa bed was in very poor condition. You could still feel the springs, and the mattress was noticeably sagging and tilted. We had to contact the front desk, and they brought us a small extra bed instead. Overall, we were quite disappointed with the sleeping arrangements.

We had a great stay. The pool and waterslide was open until midnight which was awesome for late night travellers. Check out is noon so that also give a bit of extra time in the morning. The breakfast has a good selection and everything was fresh. Will stay again.

Check in was quick and effortless. Room was clean. Front desk staff were great, they had no problem providing extra bottles of water for our stay.

The bed sheets were not clean—they had a lot of foundation stains on them, which made me question whether the sheets had been changed before my arrival. I requested a sheet change as soon as possible because I was exhausted after driving for 10 hours today. Unfortunately, it took a long time, and the replacement was significantly delayed.

Super professional staff. There was a glitch in the server yet they operated seamlessly. The room was great. And despite the wildfire smoke we had a great stay. Would recommend highly.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Within walking distance to a great brewery ith peach sour beer. We slept really well despite heavy smoke in the area due to wildfires close by. Highly recommend

Rooms were very clean, complimentary breakfast was great each day and kids loved the pool and water slide. Would def stay here again.

When booking a room and the room specifies "city view" it does not mean you will get a city view room. Front desk staff weren't helpful and wouldn't even look into it for me. I had to contact Expedia.

Check in was quick, wouldn’t necessarily say friendly. They text to see how everything was. We used the pool and waterslide and hot tub. Shower was good. Breakfast was nice, big breakfast area. Not at all busy when we went at 6:30AM. The breakfast lady was friendly, as was the check out girl at the front desk when leaving. We were literally there for maybe 15 hours tops, place to enjoy the amenities and sleep. Then take off early for another drive. I’d stay again.

Very clean room and comfortable stay. The view was nice out our window. We are staying another night to just relax and watch the final football game, Spain vs Argentina!

The hotel had large rooms but our room smelled bad and there were stains on the couch. The breakfast was pretty bad. Overall not the best value for money.
