Room was very clean and the hotel appears recently updated. Loved the sauna and outdoor tub. Our room was near a stairwell which made it a bit loud with the constant opening and closing of the door.

Le bain à remous était très bien!
Dans la chambre, il manquait une capsule de café et on n'avait pas de crème pour le café. Le remplissage avait été négligé à cette effet...
La chambre était par contre, très propre!

The outdoor spa and sauna are the best.
Room was comfortable and clean.
We were supposed to receive two free drinks as silver hotels.com vip status but it wasn’t offered. I brought it up upon departure and we were offered something in lieu. We got cheese. lol
Otherwise a good stay.

Jai oublié 2 chandailles blanc jeudi le 9 octobre.
Au téléphone j’ai été confirmé qu’ils ont été trouvé, et qu’ils seraient à la réception.
Je leur ai confirmer que je serai là le 26 octobre car javais déjà réserver et toujours la même chambre 129.
À mon arrivée le 26 j'ai demandé pour mes gilets et jai eu comme réponse (quelqu’un la retourné en bas car souvent les gens ne reviennent pas le récupérer).
Je suis tres déçue, je l'avait dupuis 2 mois seulement.
Je me demande si un employee la récupérer en pensant que je viendrait pas le chercher.
Je suis une cliente régulière, vous risquez de me perdre comme cliente.
