1. Location is nice 2. Nothing special about place . 3. Things i don't like - Unpon check in the front desk i book for two rooms abd i was given only one set of key. And the staff insist he gave it already ye even told maybe simeone took. Just the two of us on the counter during that time - Room 230 the phone is not working what if there 8s an emergency that your to call the front desk. - Room 230 the toilet tank when flush it it wont automatically fill in so what we did we remove the top cover to a full the string inside so it will fill in the water. I think they need to fix it. - No coffee in the room they should check it already before the customer check in. Room 114 it was cold in our room the heater is not working it was raining out side that makes the weather cold. We notice a portable heater in our room so i just figure it out why they provide that. They should fix the problem first yet they let the customer book for the room. - Look for the mini fridge how thick the ice is lock of of proper maintenance. I won't recommend this place. We stay there last May 16-17,2026.

Hotels was dirty on arrival. Carpet was gross. Bed was clean but never unpacked suitcase. Hotel lack maintenance and area felt unsafe after hours with a numerous of homeless in area.

The area around this property is filled with homeless people. It felt unsafe! Unfortunately we will not be staying here again!

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The towels had a very unpleasant smell, to the point that we didn’t feel comfortable using them at all. This is something basic that really should be taken care of. Late at night, new guests checked into the room next to us and were extremely noisy. It was quite disruptive and made it difficult to rest. We reported the issue to the front desk, but no meaningful action was taken. They only said they would follow up, but nothing actually changed. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectation

Old and needs updating. Clean and close to the concert venue.

The Gentleman working the 16th around 2 pm was the nicest gentleman i have ever met bless his heart. On the 14th the gentleman named Muhammad was the rudest employee ever. After i found a hair in my bed told me to re make my bed myself because housekeeping is gone! i also have pictures. Was a dark long hair i am female blonde

The staff was very efficient

Worse part of downtown then "The Empress" so lock your car. The hotel has "1408" vibes but I liked the retro look the building has. Decently clean and for the price would recommend it for a quick stay

Great walking location to the city. Free parking. Quick check in and check out. Nice and quiet. Air conditioning. Affordable!
