We came for the roof top hot tub and it did NOT disappoint. If we ever find ourselves in Revelstoke again. Will definitely stay again.

Newly renovated, large clean rooms. Check-in process was a breeze. Didn’t get to use the hot tub. My only complaint is that we were in a dog friendly room, which we booked, but were placed right beside the vending machine, ice machine and housekeeping rooms. There was a lot of noise that made my dog want to bark. Suggestion would be to place the dog friendly rooms at the end of the hall. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Room was good size bed was comfortable, good location, the room door was in need of adjustment as it was very tight to close and open. Other then that we would recommend this hotel.

Hot tub.

Staff were very helpful. Young twenty-somethings from all over the world. Nice chatting with them. It is a motel that the Base Camp corp purchased and renovated 3 years ago they tell me so the rooms are somewhat modern and not dated. Clean and surprisingly spacious rooms. We don’t like carpet as lots of stuff gets trapped there but you can’t have it all. Don’t know what hotels and motels even have carpet . As this is an old structure , the walls are thin. I could hear the dog barking next door and people too. That was the only negative experience . But when you come to the mountains for outdoor adventure , you are going to get a lot of people and pets and you have to expect that. The price was reasonable . Right in town and easy 15 min car ride to revelstoke Resort/Mountain

It’s very spacious and although the smell of old hotel is covered up with strong air fresheners it is very clean. The bedroom is separate from the living area which was nice The hot tub overlooks the back of a building so not a great view. The hotel looks as though it’s being renovated but the work is being done by DIY style. The faucet in the washroom was too big for the hole it sits in so it moves around lots. The kitchen table was not secured so it was unusable. The staff were super unhelpful and when I asked for a plug for the tub they said they didn’t have a spare and looked at me like I had three heads. I was not asking for a spare, just one that goes with it. I normally wouldn’t care but I was with my elderly mother who will not shower. So I did my own customer service and I went to the local store and bought one. They message you at 8am asking for you to let them know when you’re checking out and I have never been to a place that asks guests to contribute to their Reno fund or to invest in the property. It was good for the night but definitely not a place on the list to return to.

Parking was a bit sketchy as painting was in process and stalls were unavailable, but our overnight stay was good. Room was spacious and clean. Location was quiet. Front desk was friendly.
