The staff was pleasant

Just a short overnight stay but room was clean and staff were very nice. Good restaurant / diner.

Hotel is old and dated, not much upgrades. But the rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was in a word, horrible. Coffee was good but that’s about the best thing I can say about breakfast. Parking was limited and very tight spaces!

This property needs a full renovation. Beds were super comfortable but that’s the only positive.

Air conditioner was not working and that made the stay terrible. Parking was also a challenge.

Nice hotel, would stay there again. Great staff, super friendly and pleasant. My only observation is the toilet is quite low. It reminded me of elementary school 😂.

The beds were good and the staff were nice. The parking lot is not very big and configured weird, based on where the property lies. The bathroom needs some work/updating and the continental breakfast is so sub-par it’s basically irrelevant.

I was already in my room and staff gave keys to another person who then tried to access my room while I was in there. I went down to figure out what was going on and after that went back up and my key didn’t work so I had to go back down. The next day after working 14 hours I went up to the room and my key didn’t work again so I had to go back down to lobby to reactivate again…

The breakfast was mediocre and the breakfast room was not clean and not pleasant. The entire property is 'tired'.

This place was absolutely terrible. We had booked months in advance yet when we got there, they screwed up many of the rooms. One rooms toilet overflowed after 1st pee, making the carpet in most of the room wet. Traveler had to go to another hotel for the first night. Came back and the carpet was soaked and after a day started smelling. There was nothing else available there or any other hotel. The pull out couch in my room was extremely dirty with huge stains. Floor covered in food mess everywhere . 4th floor was a sauna until you went into your room. Breakfast room was gross. They had their cream cheese packets out with the jam that said must be refrigerated. Same juice was left out over night without keeping cool . Not once was our room cleaned . And when I went to check out, apparently I had a $200+ balance which was their error in the first place.
