Very nice hotel in downtown Carleton sur Mer. We had a room in pavilion Carleton ( close to the lobby building). Room a bit small for three people but it was okay for two nights . View of the road and the sea. Nice restaurant at the hotel: great food, nice staff, decent pricing. Great vegan place just across the street. We loved it there , we’ll come back.

Nous avons été extrêmement déçu par la chambre . Très chère par rapport au service reçu ( manque de savon de douche à l’arrivée , pas de bon ec’airage près du lit, pas de prise de courant des 2 côtés du lit- seul un coté -, pas de poubelle de récupération , literie ok sans plus , peu d’ accommodement pour notre enregistrement . Nous avions spécifié une chambre tranquille , on était près de la terrasse du restaurant et le soir c’était bruyant .
Nous n’avons pas eu le sentiment d’avoir été entendus dans notre demande .
Vraiment TRÈS TRÈS DÉÇUS …. Et un prix TRÈS élevé !

Plancher de la chambre sale à notre arrivée, quelques insectes au plancher, -chambre au niveau du stationnement- mais on a nettoyé le plancher après notre demande. Chambre assez petite mais fonctionnelle. Personnel très gentil par contre.

Accueil bref et peu vendeur de l’emplacement (aucune mention de la piscine, des attractions à voir…). Notre chambre a été occupée par quelques dizaines de perce-oreilles… Malgré un produit pour les tuer, ils revenaient dans la salle de bain et à l’entrée. Les draps contour du lit n’avaient plus d’élastiques et ne tenaient pas. La chambre a été rénovée mais il y avait tellement de trous pour les insectes près des moulures ou des cadres. La toilette suintait et fait pourrir les moulures. Il restait de la nourriture sur le sol à notre arrivée. Bref, très ordinaire comme séjour.

Endroit parfait pour passer quelques jours près de l’eau. Seul point négatif, nous étions au 1er étage et on entend marcher et de déplacer les hôtes si 2e étage. A 6 h le matin quand ça marche du talon, ça raisonne

Ce n'était pas le pire hôtel où je suis allé, mais à plus de 300 $ la nuit après les taxes et les frais, ça ne vaut vraiment, vraiment, vraiment... pis mettons un dernier pour la luck: vraiment pas le prix.
La "vue sur la mer" était plutôt une vue sur le parking et la 132... avec un petit bout d'eau au loin si t'as des bons yeux ou que t'as amené tes jumelles.
Le personnel était correct, sans plus. Rien de particulièrement accueillant ou mémorable (sauf pour le bar laitier, eux étaient top notch mais j'ai l'impression que ce n'est pas le personnel de l'hôtel).
La chambre, malgré que supposément rénovée, avait besoin d'amour: la fan de la toilette pendait, les joints de gypse étaient mal faits, il manquait des tuiles sous le bain... et si t'avais le malheur de sortir par la porte arrière du bâtiment, des morceaux de rouille te tombaient carrément sur la tête. C'est pas une métaphore.
Anyway, m'a pas mourir et il n'y avait rien de 100% catastrophique mais à ce prix-là, je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux. J'ai resté dans des hôtels genre "un quart d'étoile" qui étaient mieux entretenus et offraient une meilleure expérience.
Un des pires rapports qualité-prix que j'ai vus de ma vie.

Hôtel bien situé en bord de mer. L’emplacement est exceptionnel. Les bâtiments de l’autre côté de la route sont protégés par un passage piétonnier pratique. Les installations ne sont pas récentes, salle de bain petite mais bien entretenues. L’accès à la chambre dans notre pavillon se fait par une petite marche et la sortie trop rapide de la chambre pourrait vous faire tomber si vous n’êtes pas vigilant! ( chambre42). Les autres chambres ne semblent pas présentées cet inconvénient.
