Old, outdated, strained carpet, and the worst breakfast I've ever had anywhere we have stayed in our lifetime. So happy it was included because i threw it out. Would i repeat. Never!! Glad it was only one night for the butter tarts festival. Which by the way is definitely worth going to. Just stay somewhere else.

Love that coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby

Bathroom terrible

Fruit choices were few, sausages were slightly dry and hard, muffins seem to have shrunk in size. Not sure why we were placed in a room as far away from the front as we were. Staff was responsive a nd friendly.

great stay... close to everything... love that you can get tea anytime... wish they had a few granola bars or small snacks too...Breakfast bar is good

Im sorry to say but the pool had something at the bottom not sure what it was. The hot tub was at a great temperature. The room was awesome I like that there was a door on the bedroom seprarating the sitting area from bedroom. I liked my stay other than the pool.

Stafford, very friendly and helpful me and my family had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend anybody to stay at this hotel.

Everything was good

A perfect place to stay while visiting a family member in the hospital - a 5 minute walk away. This was our 2nd time staying here. Very clean, with friendly, helpful staff and a good breakfast! The only minor problem we had was the key cards were often “difficult” -often requiring several tries to get them to work. We would definitely stay again!

Clean and friendly

Breakfast. There were 3 overcooked/dried out sausages. Very few scrambled eggs left. They did make a few more though. Bread was dry. Quite disappointing really

Our stay was good for the price it was worth it as it was not expensive and within our budget. The breakfast the kids enjoyed as well as the fitness room. Our room was okay, the bed was comfortable. There was water damage on our ceiling, the fridge corners were dirty as well as inside of the microwave handle which looked like it was not cleaned in awhile. We had no garbage bin in the bathroom and only a garbage bin near the coffee machine. Two bins would have made better sense. We also did not receive a recycling bin and had to ask for one as other tenants seemed to have due to putting it out in the hallway. For booking a family 4 trip, the bathroom only had 2 sets of towels instead of 4. For the price of the hotel it was reasonable and was okay to stay in.
