We arrived at your Hotel to find we were at the wrong one & your staff directed us to the one we were booked at witch we were thankful ! The hotel we were booked at turned out to be a disgrace & after seeing the room & how dirty it was we decided to not stay there & left ! We called your HOTEL to see if at all possible for us to get a room at such a late time & were happy to find your staff (GREAT ALL OF THEM )were great in getting us a beautiful clean & spacious room !!!! For sure we will tell any & all where to stay when going to Red Deer in the future....Thanks Again to all the STAFF for making our stay in your city pleasant !!!!

I found the hallway and our room smelt like dog! The washroom was in horrible condition. So gross, so dirty!! This hotel has absolutely no care in maintenance.

They had a large fridge in the room. Air was ok in the room but the entire rest of the hotel wreaked of cigarette smoke and I could hardly breathe. Bathroom fan and air conditioner fan made loud clanging noises.

Yikes! Homeless people outside the lobby. When you walk in it reeks of weed. Super grungy. Questionable stains on the blanket. Don’t lift up the bottom sheet! I mean it! Pay the money and stay somewhere else. Pros - friendly staff…balcony in room

The dirtiest hotel i have ever seen. This should be taken off the market because this is a scam and I need my refund 100%. I did not sleep here because the beds where all stained, very bad odor in the hallway and rooms. I had to go and rent another place to sleep. I need my refund asap
