We always enjoy staying at the Oswego with a mini home away from home. Great location in walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Hotel size comparable to an apartment building. Interior had nice vibes - wood, stone, plants, very zen and cozy. Love the room flooring (also wood and stone, but laminated for indoor).
Spent one evening at the hotel restaurant solo watching YouTube munching on the best fries and chicken bites while drinking tea. Cosy. BLISS.

The room was quiet; it was spacious and had pleasant modern decor; the room was clean/the cleaning staff were very efficient and thorough; the rest of the staff were friendly&professional as well as very helpful. It was well equipped - the bathroom was spacious with a shower and deep tub - and the kitchenette was well stocked with cutlery, plates&cups, pots etc. Nice location in James Bay

You get the feeling this was once a great boutique hotel but things are going down hill. Free cocktail is now tea or coffee. Some appliances are poor quality. Rooms beginning to look tired. $150 service fee for not running dishwasher on final day seems excessive.

My room was amazing with a fully equipped kitchen.Housekeeping was excellent and I highly recommend this hotel.
It is beautifully decorated and is cosy yet sophisticated with a broad menu in the lounge/ dining room. Don’t forget Happy Hour!

overall had a good experience. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was in mint condition—clean, modern, and well maintained.
That said, I would have preferred a king-size bed, as the one in my room felt a bit small for my liking. Also, the laminated flooring, while stylish, was quite cold, especially in the mornings.
Still, it’s a solid place to stay, and with a few small improvements it could be even better.

We really liked the Oswego and plan to return. The room was comfortable. We didn’t have a lot of interaction with the staff, but what we had was professional and easy. The location is excellent, walkably close to town while avoiding the busy core. We found the attached restaurant to be very good and finally, there are four ev chargers in the underground parking which was extremely convenient

The young lady that worked the front desk on Saturday and Sunday, October 18 and 19 was exceptional. Very helpful and nice. The room was as big and nice as my condominium. The toilet paper, shower pressure and pullout bed were just a little substandard, but I would still recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic, this hotel is 10/10 always clean, everything works, organized, quick check in, fantastic underground parking, and list of safe street parking. This property is professionally operated, the staff fantastic and friendly. The restaurant food is high quality and delicious, also a 10/10. The pay to order coffee bar the best I’ve had in any hotel in Victoria. Thank-you!
