Everything is very good.

Beautiful stay. Amazing view and very clean and well kept. A little dated in some areas but hardly worth mention. We did splurge to stay here though. Quite pricey. Probably can’t stay again. Too expensive. But nice stay

Great property. Have stayed here a few times now. Made the mistake of sleeping on the sofa bed. Not good. Unless you enjoy seeing your physiotherapist for treatment afterwards.

A very nice resort atmosphere with the rooftop hot tubs & infinity pool but small maintenance items such as scarred walls / doors & silicone refresh req'd in the washrooms is making this resort starting to look tired. In addition, there were no USB ports in the our room, which made phone charging impossible. VERY disappointed that a self-proclaimed high end resort would have a parking charge of $24 / day + an amenities charge of $20 / day. Also surprised that a complimentary capucinno machine wasn't available in the lobby as a welcoming touch. Even the Kanata Inns have such a setup. The staff were very helpful & friendly though.

It’s always amazing when we come here! My only minor complaint this time is our room was above the restaurant and we could hear the music the entire time! Otherwise beautiful and appreciated the kitchen and all the other amenities

The Royal Kelowna is unfortunately not the greatest experience. They charge extra for everything. The price you see is not the one you pay. The resort fee in winter is ridiculous for example. Parking is extra also. You are probably better off finding somewhere which better meets your needs and provides a final price when you book. We were not impressed

Beautiful hotel and amazing front desk staff. We had a cleanliness issue in the room, which took two days to resolve. The front desk staff was very helpful and did everything they could to make sure it was taken care of. The pool area was better than the picture. I highly recommend this hotel.
