Great Breakfast buffet. Cool to eat breakfast with a view of the stadium. Staff were helpful when asked for directions. Rooms were nice. Great shower in the room!

Everything was ok… staff at the counter was helpful… the restaurant was ok… except our dinner on Friday before the blue jays game where the waiter was null and void and didn’t receive anything for my bday from the restaurant when specified… I also went to check for my 5000 or 5500pts I won when I spun the wheel but don’t see it…was surprised when a knock on the door came with a piece of cake 😊

For an expensive hotel (albeit in a desirable area) it wasn’t worth it. No towels in the pool area for an extended period of time. Rooms have old fixtures and curtains for example. Family suite includes 2 doubles (which are really like 2 twin beds). Not really a suite as no separate kitchen (just a small bar fridge), just a big room. Elevator to pool area very dated. Staff were great. But wouldn’t stay here again.

Next door to The CN Tower and Ripley’s Aquarium. Also lots of places to eat in easy walking distance. We had an amazing view of The Toronto Blue Jays Stadium from our room, however be aware that this view came at the price of a decent lie in. The stadium tested the PA system at 4:30am both mornings we stayed and ground workers started using noisy jet washes at 3am to clean the seats & concrete steps. Sounded like a leaf blower right outside our room. I understand this work needs to be done but why so early in the morning?!

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. The room was in terrible condition. Although the hotel claims that the rooms have been renovated, it certainly didn’t feel that way. The chairs were heavily worn, with cracked and peeling upholstery, which made the whole room feel old and poorly maintained. But the most disturbing part was the cleanliness of the bed. The sheets did not appear to have been properly changed or cleaned, and we even found blood stains on them. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel and made us seriously question the hygiene standards of the room. It was honestly disgusting and made us very uncomfortable staying there. The hotel offered us some points as compensation, which I appreciate, but that does not make up for such a poor and unhygienic experience. A clean bed and fresh sheets are the absolute minimum guests should be able to expect from a hotel. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would not feel comfortable staying at this hotel again.

Spacious room, pretty clean and great staff. The only issue was the shower, it was either blazing hot or freezing cold, anytime I’d find the warm water, it would dramatically change. But would stay here again in a different room.

Absolutely love this hotel! It's in a perfect location, within walking distance to CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena, the Harbour front and of course Rogers Centre. Love having breakfast at their outdoor patio. It's definitely our favorite hotel to stay when in Toronto.

Overpriced suite … they call it a suite however it’s simply a bed in another room with one bathroom. For 4 people this is not ideal. The pictures showed a secondary bathroom with toilet and sink however this is not the case. Front desk staff is short and blunt, second time experiencing this at the same hotel .
