Cet hôtel n’a rien d’extraordinaire mais il est vraiment bien situé et pratique. La chambre à deux lits jumeaux est très petite mais confortable. Malheureusement le stationnement était complet à notre arrivée, je conseille donc d’appeler avant pour vous informer afin d’éviter de perdre du temps et il est difficile de sortir de l’entrée de l’hôtel si on n’entre pas dans le stationnement. Le déjeuner continental est très bien. Il y avait des croissants, yogourt, fruits frais et oeufs durs.

The property was very well situated, it was close to shopping, transportation. There were lots of dining options near the property.We felt very safe around the property. The free continental breakfast was very well run and clean.
The room was smaller than expected, could use more hangers and hooks to hang items. Also could use more electrical outlets to charge phones and other electronics.

The rooms were very small. I was happy overall with the stay and the service. The exception was the breakfast. We were told that the continental breakfast was between 7 and 10:30am. We arrived at 9:45, but at 10:10 they started removing all the food. I wasn't even able to have a coffee before they took it away. The manager came over to our table and told us to hurry and finish breakfast, as they were locking the door at 10:30. I have NEVER had this happen at any of the other hundreds of hotels that I stayed at. This left a bad taste in my mouth.

Chambre petite pour 4 personnes, mais tout de même confortable. Le personnel était gentil. Le déjeuner (inclus) est un peu cahotique. Les gens vont un peu dans tous les sens pour se servir et certains remplissent leurs assiettes de façon exagérée puisque les plats de fruits et de croissants se vident rapidement et il faut parfois attendre avant que le personne en rapporte.

So the cons first: the rooms are small (i would say tiny but we just came back from japan) and very poorly insulated for sound (we were on the 4th floor and people yelling in the street sounded like they were right outside the window) people in the hall just walking sounded as if no door exaisted on the room.
The pros, very clean, includes breakfast, super east walk to almost everything and a not bad walk or metro ride to the reat, staff is very helpful and luggage storage is free. I will note that when i booked on expedia the amenities listed laundry...there is NO guest laundry to be fair to the property that amenity isnt listed on their company site
