This is a lovely area of the Osoyoos. We have really enjoyed the stay here. The staff were very helpful as the first suite had an oboe and they kindly gave us another room.

Lake view overlooked the pool area as well, but was still quiet. Very comfortable 1 bedroom. Short but enjoyable stay. Nice private beach. Only drawback was the rule about not bringing your own food or alcohol to pool/beach.

We stayed for 3 nights, it was fine. The building is definitely showing its age. The staff were very friendly but it seemed as though no one was in charge of any area and that made everything feel disorganized and chaotic. Our check in process was extremely slow, disorganized and frustrating for guests who had traveled 10 hours only to wait in a line up for 30-45 minutes just trying to get keys. Parking is great, we had a truck and had no issues with the parkade. The food is amazing at the restaurant on site, I would have eaten all my meals on site if the staff were more attentive, unfortunately when we went for breakfast there was a dining room full of people and no service staff to be seen. We waited at least 20 minutes for someone to notice us and give us a table. The service was great and the food was delicious. That poor waitress was running the entire restaurant, I really hope that is not the case every day. It is way too much work for one person. The pool and beach areas are nice but seem very unfriendly with all the signage about offsite alcohol and food not being allowed, but there is zero service staff to order a drink or snack from. The heated pool and hot tubs are very nice but again they have seen better days. Some areas on the hottub lip are quite sharp and its definitely an injury waiting to happen. Our keys were deactivated twice during our 3 day stay. The room was perfect, the bed was comfortable. Overall we wont be back but I hope they do better for others.

We absolutely loved the resort and amenities. The pool, hot tubs, room, and the staff were great. When you come to a place like this that is a little ways out of town you expect the restaurant quality to be equal to the resort. It is not at all. Our appetizer was good, but then we both ordered the steaks at $40 each plus a baked potato and shrimp. The cost was the same as you would pay at the Keg but what we got was shrivelled, dry veg from the micro, an over-microwaved potato that was inedible, and two thin steaks that were pan fried like a roadside diner.... there were small plastic chunks on my plate, more evidence of microwaving prewrapped food. Extremely disappointed, especially since they charge as if they are high end. It is nothing more than diner food (and not a good one at that). We are trying to forget the restaurant experience because the rest of our stay was awesome! Go, but eat somewhere else :)

Pools and food and nice property location and would love seafood

Really nice property, great views, clean. Loved the heated pool and hot tubs. Pool service was terrible. Went to the restaurant to order a drink for the pool, no staff in sight. Asked the front desk if the restaurant was open, they then found an employee who stated that the silverware doesn’t polish itself as that was what he was doing. Despite this, I would definitely stay again but be more prepared to have lunch/drinks back in my room.
