Excellent ubication. The view from the window is awesome. Very clean very quiet. The breakfast is delicious. The only thing I do not like is the shower. It obligated you to wash the hair. The transportation is Puerto montt is not convenient. To choose a hotel near every thing is very important

Yes, the room had a great view of the ocean and downtown Puerto Montt.
This property has seen better days. The room seems a bit worn and although comfortable, very basic with no added amenities.
I had continuous hot water, a smoking terrace so you didn't have to go out the front (very important since Puerto Montt- especially at night- can be dangerous) and a buffet style breakfast.

Good location. We took a shared bus from the airport and walked through the bus station to a secure door at the end. We buzzed and a hotel staff member let us in. While waiting for another patron to check in, others on our shared bus arrived.
The room was simple and clean. Excellent shower, which we needed after a day of travel.
Staff was courteous and arranged for an early breakfast package for us, which we ate waiting for a taxi to the airport.
