The swimming pool was a disappointment to me. It is located at ground level next to the entrance. It opens into the bar area. Maybe ideal for pool parties and such like but not for a business traveller like me. Having said that I saw no-one using it when I was there. Gym was ok on level 2 - not same level as pool and not connected. But the hotel itself is modern, clean and very good

Front desk people were very friendly and very accommodating. The many people who worked the breakfast room worked so hard yet were very friendly. The room cleaners were very nice and friendly. Hotel room was kept spotless as was the lobby and dinning rooms. The breakfast crew was excellent, Maria Jose, Juliana, Javiera, Anna and Willie. Esmeralda our room cleaner was really nice and friendly. We will be back very soon in the future.

Nos hospedamos no Pullman Santiago Vitacura (quarto 1314) e, infelizmente, a experiência ficou muito abaixo do padrão que um hotel cinco estrelas deveria oferecer.
O minibar não funcionou durante quase toda a estadia; só foi consertado na última noite, depois de enviarmos uma reclamação. Até então, precisei buscar gelo no bar todos os dias para conservar um medicamento. O serviço de limpeza foi irregular: faltavam toalhas e não havia reposição de água e café — o que só foi corrigido após nosso contato com a equipe.
O café da manhã também deixou a desejar: poucas opções, ambiente desorganizado, mesas sujas, talheres e xícaras em falta, além de máquinas de café cheias de cápsulas usadas, impedindo o uso. Para piorar, a recepção informou que o serviço ia até as 11h, mas encerrava às 10h30, o que nos fez perder um dia já pago.
A academia conta com aparelhos antigos e limitados, e o atendimento, no geral, não condiz com a categoria que o hotel anuncia.
Apesar de algumas correções feitas após nossas mensagens, a impressão final é de um serviço inconsistente e distante do padrão prometido. Pela relação entre preço, estrutura e atendimento, não recomendamos o Pullman Vitacura para quem busca hospitalidade à altura de um cinco estrelas.

Tivemos um contratempo muito desagradável ao retornar de um passeio, o responsável pela limpeza do quarto havia deixado algo cair em cima da bota de couro da minha esposa, fazendo um furo! Para piorar passou algum produto químico para tentar amenizar, o que só piorou! Resumo, negaram o ocorrido e tivemos um prejuízo pelo descuido e falta de responsabilidade com os objetos dos hospedes! Sugiro aos que pretendem ir ao hotel guardar todos os bens no armário, assim evitando esse tipo de constrangimento!
