古樸典雅，房間整潔度高。裏面有一家中餐廳是吃杭州菜的，雖然價錢較高，但味道是一流的，很值得一試。最值得去的是河內道氾舟，風景優美自然，鳥鳴不絕。遊河內道記得要提前跟酒店人員預定，頗滿的。

My wife and I stayed there to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. Staffs there is very friendly and helpful. They offer many different services and recommendations before I ask. Very nice experience to stay in Hangzhou Banyeen Tree. The environment around the hotel is very relaxing and quite. The only thing that I don't like is there is only one restaurant inside the hotel; however, there are few just 10 mins away from the hotel and many different around within 1 to 2 kilometres.
From the hotel to West Lake is only 20 kilometers by taxi which only cost ¥40. I think it is quite convenience as hotel can help to get a taxi.

Very nice experience to stay in Hangzhou Banyeen Tree. The environment around the hotel is very relaxing and quite. The only thing that I don't like is there is only one restaurant inside the hotel; however, there are few just 10 mins away from the hotel and many different around within 1 to 2 kilometres.

2. 以這樣價位的飯店而言，有點不值得。
3. 游泳池、水療池等，水質不乾淨，而且陰暗，地點不優。

整體設計令人舒適，庭園景觀與西溪濕地自然結合，餐廳提供的餐飲性價比合理，口味不錯。但是位處濕地，蚊蟲孳生，服務員也沒有在入住時提醒房內有蚊蟲液，以致半夜被蚊子叮咬，臉部，腳上全是蚊子叮的紅斑，留下遺憾!

環境非常清幽的渡假酒店，客房相當寬敞，但跟三亞悅榕庄比起來還是算小，很喜歡露台空間，不怕蚊蟲的話是可以發懶一下午的，但整體設計應該可以再古色古香一點。官網上寫提供酒精以外的免費迷你吧，但實際上被告知都是要付費的，資訊應該要改一下
早餐樣式不算太多，但中式餐點大致上是好吃的，西式的就不太行
服務還算熱情親切，但退房那天明明有被允許延遲退房了，門卡卻刷不過，還得大老遠走回前台重新設定，第一次遇到這樣的情形，覺得不是太貼心
泳池開放的時間也太晚，終於有空游的時候卻還在清理，建議早點開放吧，10:00-22:00之間人都在外頭玩呢，可惜了沒辦法好好享受設施
另外酒店位置太偏，在市中心打車常常被拒絕，千萬別太晚回飯店

謝謝您們提供兩日非常舒適的房間環 境，讓我白天觀賞完西湖的美景後；回到悅 榕莊又有超舒適的房間讓我消除疲憊。
更感謝11/24幫我們送熨斗的服務人員， 他來時發覺到因我們白天出房門時誤壓到“請 勿打擾”鈕而讓清掃人員無法清理，他特意留 下再幫我們做一次室內整理，他的舉動讓我 們感到很窩心；希望Khun可以給予他鼓勵獎
莊院裡的服務真的很好，當25日我們退 房後要到杭州車站也因下雨顛峰時段難叫出 租車；兩位大廳的服務生深怕我們來不及高 鐵時間持續不斷幫我們聯絡出租車，這種服 務精神已感動到我們，我們配服貴莊員有這 麼優良的員工，我已和朋友說好下趟再來西 湖肯定選擇悅榕莊當我們西湖的家。謝謝悅 榕莊的全體服務人員！
ps:莊園內美景真的有禪意且美觀！唯一小小 缺失小河水若是可流動，天天清理，植物上 也時時修剪維護肯定會為優美的莊院加分！

别的都好，千万别在那个好象叫白啥的酒店餐厅吃饭，菜谱上的菜一半都没有，连点好的龙井虾仁，都会出现上菜告诉你没有了。服务人员一堆，但却没人给换盘子。千万别在那吃晚饭。影响心情。

事前的尋問電話，包括附近景點及SPA服務，都讓人覺得回答極不舒服且不清楚。到飯店後，服務人員態度皆不錯，但浴盆竟有頭髮未清潔，白雲餐廳的餐點與SPA療程，皆沒有其價格的價值。與其它悅榕庄相比，不值!

Nice surroundings but the villa is very cold in winter.
We stayed a night in the winter. The villa was extremely cold. We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters.
