客房整潔: 客房服務員非常貼心，每天都會問什麼時候方便更換毛巾及倒垃圾(就算我開了請勿打擾燈號)
前枱職員: check in及處理問題非常迅速及有礼
早餐: 所有職員非常不專業，因有一天早上8点到餐廳用餐，發現提供粥品的地方没有湯勺(我等了15分鐘)，問所有職員都說沒有，只有湯匙，並且沒有餐廳經理值班，以這個體驗，真的沒想到Fairmont的管理變成這樣，不如3星酒店，沒有下次了。

好处，硬件好！服务态度好！
缺点，卫生差!
第一天套房，手盆下水堵了，倒水还返东西上来。
第二天换房间，遗忘在mini bar里面的小孩牛奶不知所踪。
第二天的房间，被套有干洗机的油味，连孩子都觉得味道大。
实在不符五星级酒店的体验。

I booked the hotel due to my recognition for Fairmont which is a chain of ultra luxury hotel in Canada and US. But this Fairmont in Beijing was slightly below my expected level of luxury and grandeur. Service while friendly was less professional than befitting the name.

Pretty nice room, with big bathroom and a Tub that I can relax and watch TV while bathing. The free nespresso coffee machine gives me a good morning. I ordered room services and it tastes good and pretty fast :)
The only thing that I don't like is the Chinese painting on rubbish bins, as it is quite traditional and not modern. And I hope there will be a Bluetooth speaker in room so I can play my music.

everything is quit good, except for not much restaurant around and the front desk and call center is not that helpful, also when I book through Hotels .com, its said include meal + Spa coupon, but when I check in, the front desk said no record and ask me to provide the proofing, unfortunately Hotels.com didn't show it in the confirmation mail or booking confirmation, so they didn't give it to me finally. Make me feel so disappointed!
Both Hotels.com and the hotel need to review this issues
