Hilton Beijing Wangfujing

Completely not their fault but the entire area became off limits to travelers at night. Took 1.5 hours to get back to my room.

Our stay at Hilton included breakfast, and there was a variety of choices. As a Muslim, it was a pleasant surprise to see that each non-halal food had a sign next to it that said “Contains pork.” However, they don’t have a business center to manage our bookings that needed computer access. The concierge allowed us to use theirs. Most of the staff were very attentive, but one of the employees was rude. We decided to ship our luggage from Beijing to Shanghai. The shipping company has a regulation that prohibits liquids and electronics inside the baggage for fast delivery, so we had to open all our luggage (4 large suitcases) for the delivery man to inspect each and every item, which was fine by us. However, the inspection was in the middle of the lobby and in front of everyone. To say it was embarrassing was an understatement…

The room air conditioning was not great and even after repeated attempts to get it fixed we ended up with a noisy ice cooler

No English Channel tv , no sauna or stem room , old property and needs of renovation

My sister family and my parents were give rooms on different floors which they're okay since the hotel is full. But one room was a very odd room, in between 2 rooms with no numbers and 1 room has a red paper with some writing 'ping an'. The moment they enter that room, they can tell that the room is musty, dusty, is basically an empty hotel room that has never been use for a very long time. My sister was very angry and asked for explanation and a change of room. The hotel receptioned did not even dare to say no to all those above. They quickly found a new room for the children and nannies.

Location is right next to WFJ. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is limited.

We had a fantastic time at the Hilton Wangfujing! It was my wife’s and my 20th anniversary. We mentioned it to them and one night they sent us up a cake and decorated the bed with two swans made out of towels and sprinkled rose petals on it. A very nice touch. We look forward to visiting again soon.

An old facility and therefore, sewage might needs upgrade. Staff were professional and handle the situations well. Overall, it is a nice facility and equipped with knives staff.

Great location close to the Forbidden Palace. Also have clean and pleasant rooms. However, suggest you have some Chinese speaking abilities, as communicating in English can prove difficult at times.

Hilton hotel WangFuJing is one of the best hotels we stayed at. We booked 2 rooms for a week-long stay. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Front Desk manager was very thoughtful, although the central air conditioning was not fully operational, he made an effort to move us to higher floor in hopes of cooler air. Breakfast variety was average. Location was excellent, 2-3 mins walks to APM mall and situated in Wang Fu Jing pedestrian street with lots of delicious dining options. This hotel is ideal for families and would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location within close walking distance from the APM mall (lots of eateries inside) and Wangfujing. Excellent customer service, no matter who you speak to or what time of day you make a request. The only minor downside is that the hotel rooms are a bit dated, and depending on where your room is, you can hear the noise from the street (mostly just people talking loudly from outside the mall or street).

Uncomfortable bed, air conditioning didn’t work very well. Couldn’t sleep because it was 26 at night in the room.

Great location, walking distance to the shopping street & close to the Forbidden City. Only minus point, there was no hotel bar open for a drink after 11pm on Saturday night
