整體來說沒有什麼缺點，員工基本上都非常有禮貌都受過訓練，房間也非常的乾淨，很快就清洗及帶換所有的設備，如果硬要說缺點的話可以說是，電梯出走廊的時候會有一股紅酒的味道，然後就是出入口的巷子比較擁擠常常會塞車，這兩個問題可能第一樣可以立刻解決，交通問題就沒辦法。 另外一件事情就是，我們是生日時候住進去的，他們非常貼心的送了我們蛋糕一起卡片，非常謝謝。

Great hotel stay and excellent service! One night a few of the power sockets went out because we used the hair dryer using the bed socket and we called for help (at 11 pm) and within 2 minutes someone was there to help fix and solve the problem! This stay was for our daughter's bday and they decorated the room so well.

這是我住過最令我失望的希爾頓酒店，第一天入住，前台對洗衣安排情況不了解，致電向其他同事查詢而不是向洗衣房了解，先是說不管幾點送洗都能當天送回，讓我們12點後送洗，但我們要求他確認時又說他們是當天送洗明天才能送回，在我要求查看洗衣單後又表示不能送到前台，最後在我們強烈要求下才取到洗衣單，表格上列明11點前送洗當天送回，之後加急處理需要加收50%的附加費，作為大集團旗下酒店的員工這種服務實在就是不負責任，還好另一位前台女員工及時幫忙處理才做好相關安排。第二是客房已經非常陳舊，套房內的推拉門等都很難拉得動，是非吸煙房卻濃烈的煙味，還有隔音也不好晚上嘈雜。另外，第二天洗衣時已列明都是兒童衣物有折扣，送回來卻是成人收費，但是洗衣房經理態度良好，馬上處理，反倒是前台人員大都表現事不關己的感覺。另外一提，concierge 的一位女員工的工作效率和態度也都非常好，和洗衣房的經理一樣值得表揚。

整體來說沒有什麼缺點，員工基本上都非常有禮貌都受過訓練，房間也非常的乾淨，很快就清洗及帶換所有的設備，如果硬要說缺點的話可以說是，電梯出走廊的時候會有一股紅酒的味道，然後就是出入口的巷子比較擁擠常常會塞車，這兩個問題可能第一樣可以立刻解決，交通問題就沒辦法。 另外一件事情就是，我們是生日時候住進去的，他們非常貼心的送了我們蛋糕一起卡片，非常謝謝。

Great hotel stay and excellent service!
